"I must admit that the taste is globally good, but nothing was extraordinary. From a 75$ menu I did expect more (some surprise, some discovery). And, maybe due to my French culture, I was expecting at least fresh bread. But obviously it was not. It arrives hot and tender at your rabble like if it was just cooked, but after 2 minutes it is hard and breaks into small pieces exactly like if it was coming out of the freezer!! Clearly not acceptable according to the standing and price of the restaurant."

"Interesting find in Coral Gables. The food is very good. The cuisine approaches French fine dining, but is a touch below. The maitre d' is especially welcoming and makes you feel as though you're his best friend. The tables, however, are crowded and some of the servers don't bother explaining the ingredients of your courses, which is disappointing for this type of eating experience."

"I was ready to give the place 3 stars but changed it after dessert. The souffle' is a sure show stopper and not to be missed. We ordered the duck teraine app, Lamb entree and the grouper (substituted the striped bass not in season). nothing outstnading and small portions but with great flavor. Every entree is $38 plus for a very small portion. We would not return except the souffle is outstanding."

"For us, the food quality is by far the most important aspect of dining out. Pascal's is a traditional in terms of service and atmosphere, and in our mid-thirties we definitely felt like the youngest in the room, and not the target audience. But it was great to find traditional french food in Miami. Yum. We will definitely go back for this reason."

"Eating at Pascal’s is like being back in Paris. It is a foodie’s delight, it is a local gem and we hope they never change. The restaurant is tight (like the Parisian ones) but cozy, the ambiance lovely, wait staff very good and friendly. If you ever watched the television series Frasier then you will understand the following; the food and restaurant are fit for the Crane brothers. Wine list is not extensive however for the most part there is something available for all levels. Highly recommend reservations and if you have to wait well worth it."

"We had a wonderful prix fix meal with attentive staff, that accommodated us with changes in the menu because of food restrictions. I will be returning there the next time I'm in town."

"Food outstanding We were there valentines day and we had a reservation however we were seated outside which we don't like due to small space and too much traffic too close by ( not a good street for outside view) They should let you know when they call you to confirm that there is a possibility of sitting outside, I would have cancelled Been there many times before , we expected better"

"I am a regular customer of Pascal s but my last experiences were subpar. Last time, We were able to sit only after one hour and 20 minutes of confirmed reservation time, standing at the door. at check in we were told there was only a 15 minute wait. This is a very pricey restaurant, however not even a glass of water was offered during the wait. They did produce a complimentary drink after we complained. Food was slow to come out and in spite of having ordered their famous soufflé grand manner at the time of placing our orders the dessert was not produced. we waited 20 minutes, it was too long, we paid and left without the soufflé which appeared as we were payin

"Good food, however several 'dings' on road to excellent. 1) Bad bread, foodies understand this! 2) For this caliber (read $$$) restaurant everyone should receive an 'amuse'. 3) Good cheese plate BUT a shame all cheese was cold and unripe (a tragedy to end a meal in this way,) again with the same lame bread. 4) Server and Maitre D' seemed distracted and place was empty. What if they were busy? 5) I would recommend this restaurant but with some caveats"
