"The 360 Restaurant was amazing. My now fiance and I (I proposed while we were there) loved the food, and were amazed by the view. If you think you've seen Toronto without sitting and getting a 360 view of it for a few hours, you haven't seen Toronto."

"Were greeted by an impolite "doorwoman". We have a 4:30 pm reservation and were stopped at the entrance to reservation desk at 4:20 pm. I expected a more warm welcome to dine in 360 but felt like lining up for a movie."

"Fantastic view of cause and great food. The only thing that made our experience less than perfect is the ability of staff to direct us to where we needed to go, as it was our first time at CN Tower. From the ground floor it was very confusing and I got looks from staff as if "omg, you dont know where to go?" (Juvenile connotation on purpose)"

"360 is a fantastic place for those to visit if they live outside Toronto. The views are amazing. The service is good and the staff do not rush you which allows you to take your time. The food was a disappointment especially as i had visited previously and enjoyed the meal. Perhaps it was because I chose the prix fix menu this time or I chose the wrong dish!"

"The main server was very disinterested in my wife and I. He was very rude at the beginning of our stay before we ordered our food and he was no where to be found throughout the dinner. The helper server was around a lot more than the main one and I feel that 100% of my tip should have gone to the helper server because he did all of the work. The most I saw the main server was when the bill came, he must have visited the table 5 or 6 times each time picking up the bill to see if I left money there. When I got up to use the bathroom he actually followed me with the bill in hand and reminded me that it needed to be paid. I told him to go leave it on the table as I was on my way to the washroom. This was our 1yr anniversary - very disappointed"

"Clear weather made for a great view, service and food were very good. Had requested a table at the window when the reservation was made a month in advance but none were available when we checked in. some kids were jumping on the clear glass floor view on the tower floor. This should be monitored by staff as many other standing the floor are very nervous."

"Steak was overdone, chicken was dry. The apps and desserts were the only decent tasting food, though the creme brulee had too much sugar.
Service was just ok, but they don't seem to care when they have automatic tip with groups of 6 or more. Was not blown-away.
For the amount you pay for the food you expect more, but the only real value is the free ride to the top for the view. Place is for tourists so it figures."

"We had a marvelous time celebrating our 24th anniversary up the CN tower. Our waiter Kelly was super nice and we had fun with him. He treated us to additional appetizer and dessert. "My family has never been to 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower and we took my mother there for Mother's Day. The service was excellent and exceeded my expectations! My father is an elder and is hard of hearing, we got separated after lunch and our server helped us look everywhere for my father and someone downstairs spotted him and gave my mom a call on her cellphone to inform us of his whereabouts. Someone escorted my father and a follow up phone call was made to ensure his arrival. This amazed me at the care and dedication the staff has for their clients. The food however, was not extremely notable, but the price of $55 for the prefixe menu (including ticket up the elevator and view) was well worth the money. I intend on returning."

"We took guests visiting from Switzerland to the CN Tower for lunch. Despite living one hour west of Toronto, we had never had this experience ourselves and wanted to take the opportunity. "1 star given so yes will be a bad review. Lets start off with the positives The view is just phenomenal at 350+ feet and 360 degree view .. thats the end of the positives. it was for a bday and i asked flowers to be delivered and prior to arriving i had called twice 1st time i asked has my flowers arrived, I was told yes they have arrived ( mind you this was jus any flowers that came in i found out ) these arent professionals they just go with what they think is whats happening. 2nd time just before arriving they said yes its here and will be at your table.. arrived no flowers was told again yes flowers are here never saw the waitress again she said shell be back. Great funny waiter we loved him and Mangr Cam tried to help so thx."

"I visited the CN tower with family who were on vacation, I have been before and had good experiences however this time was not very good at all, our server was terrible and was the most unenthusiastic and unhelpful person, he would roll his eyes when we asked for anything such as a drink, when we ordered our meals I asked for no mash potatoes with my steak but surely enough it arrived with mash, when I said this to the server he told me that the kitchen is too busy and that's just the way it is and told me just to not eat it, this is at almost $60 a steak. CN tower has great nice view but at top dollar, the food is not good and you pay a hefty premium, servers just don't care. There are too many other nice places in this range to return."

"There was absolutely no welcome, no smile, no sense this was going to be a fun time, either when we arrived downstairs or from the morons behind the desk as we entered the restaurant. We should have taken the cues we'd received and left.
When we were finally shown to our table we then had to wait another 10 minutes for a waiter who didn't know the menu, didn't know the wine list, and he and his colleagues had absolutely no idea how to serve food. Constantly reaching in front of us, at one point telling our table we needed to "hurry up with the olive oil because someone else needed it".
If this is the best Canada can do as a scenic attraction, and overcharge for the experience in the process - do yourself a favor: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"The food was good, but not amazing. I expected to be blown away, but it was merely good. I was impressed with the appetizer (smoked salmon), but the main dish was just okay (rabbit with gnocchi). The steak was bland and uninteresting.
The scenery was quite breathtaking, however. The ambiance was more than satisfactory, and the staff friendly and helpful."

"You go to the CN tower for the spectacular views but the 360 restaurant makes the experience all the more enjoyable. We have gone for lunch and dinner now but the dinner quality let us down a bit on this occasion. We chose the fix prix menus - one of the $60 and one of the $72. The portion sizes were excellent but the sauce on the hen dish is lacking in taste. The duck salad starter was scarce on meat but a large size of food. Waiters were also not as friendly or attentive as our previous visit. Desserts were excellent.
I still highly recommend an evening out in this restaurant for the full experience."

"Did not have a good experience, food wasn't good, Wasn't even hot. We order the strip loin steak dinner with beans and mashed potatoes the beans were soo hard, the steak tasted like sand, very chewy and over cooked. I asked for medium rare not medium well. The potatoes were the pnly thing thst was good. Also the service wasn't the greatest either, so many ppl and not enough waiters/waitresses. We order a ceaser salad and didn't even get it and are waiter was so busy with other tables we didn't even get to ask where it was. We will NOT be returning there again and it's to bad we had high expectations of this place."

"It was an expensive Mother's Day, but everything was great. The view is spectacular of course, but also our waiter was wonderful and the food was delicious. It was a memorable lunch and we were happy the whole rest of the day. Thanks!"

"Took my mom here for Mother's Day and she really enjoyed it. The view was, of course, spectacular and the restaurant turns a full 360 degrees (hence the name) in about 70 minutes."
