The legendary culinary vision of Roy Yamaguchi can be enjoyed right here in Chandler. At Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, our menu features the finest seafood with a focus on delicacies from the oceans around Hawaii. Each creation is a fusion of flavors found in our freshest local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices and served with the spirit of Aloha, creating a dining experience that leaves you feeling like you’ve found paradise. The Chandler restaurant is located in the Casa Paloma Center on Ray Road, and features a 500 gallon salt water aquarium, three private rooms, and an outdoor patio. In the kitchen, Chef Patrick "Red" Bray brings his imagination and artistry to the plate every night. Chef Red has been with Roy's over five years and has trained and taught in at least six Roy's locations, Chef Red says he loves to please people and believes good food brings us together. It is our pleasure to welcome you into our Ohana and we look forward to serving you.

"Everything was wonderful, but our bill included items we did not order. When I told the waitress I thought she may have given us the wrong bill, she knew right away what the items were. Hmmm?

"Roy's is outstanding when it comes to food. We were seated in a corner with a water stand for serving. Finally after being distrubed while the wait staff grabbed water - I said I felt uncomfortable and they had me move around the table which was for four with just two of us. Now I am staring at the water table. I felt they should have moved us since there were plenty of tables available at our dinner seating. Otherwise, it was an excellent birthday and mom's day dinner."

"When traveling, I like to take advantage of visiting restaurants of notable chefs, and was glad to see Roy's nearby where I was in Chandler. The service simply could not have been better, and made the evening what it was. The food, of course, was terrific as anticipated. Seafood choices abound, and are all worthy of consideration. Desserts are not to be overlooked, especially the 20-minute-lead-time pineapple upside down cake, which pairs superbly with a glass of port."

"Wonderful experience! Met two couples for dinner and requested seating on the patio. Was seated promptly. I would recommend the patio if you would like to catch up with friends since it is quiet and kind of private. The food was better than expected and the service the same. When we ordered coffee at the end of dinner one of the cups had lipstick on it so the waitress immediately replaced it with a new cup. We were surprised later that Emiliano (Managing Partner) came over to appologize for the mistake and said he would not charge us for the coffees. He not only didn't charge us for the coffee but took off $20 from our total bill. I will visit this restaurant on a regular basis in the future and will highly recommend. Outstanding!"

"The staff was very friendly/helpful/attentive (Host, bartender, server, Mgr.). Sat at the bar before our reservation and got great service. Our server and assistant were fantastic. They didn't miss anything. Never ran out of anything before they asked if we wanted more. They even made some conversation with our 7 year old son. He has questions... All that said, the food was even more awesome. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinners and had togo containers (needed room for dessert). My only comment is that I thought the chocolate lava cake had a little too much raspberry(?) sauce. It distracted us slightly from the rest of the dessert. But they still had one less dish to clean when we were done. Always a favorite."

"First restaurant I visited in the area. Great cocktails and service! Menu was not too big or small, just right. Roy's isn't th cheapest place out there , but the food was very good and unique. Great for a special dinner, or just grabbing something good to eat. Food came out very quickly (maybe a little too quickly, if that's possible). Wasn't too noisy, but was "energetic" at the same time. Definitely would and will go back."

"Took my friend who lives in the Phoenix area to this restaurant since I learned that it is a Hawaiian Fusion joint and we were immediately interested. We both had the Prixe Fix Menu and ordered the Braised Pork Shank + Mussels and Clam Appetizer and Seared Trout + Duck Dim Sum Appetizer. The entire selection was delicious and eclectic. The bone-in condition of the Pork Shank gave it a lot of flavor and the pan-seared preparation of the trout gave it a soft body but with a crusty layer on the skin portion. The highlight of the dinner was the dessert. The warm mango streusel with coconut ice cream and the hot chocolate souffle with vanilla bean ice cream were an entire revelation. It made the entire dinner experience AMAZINGLY GREAT !"

"My husband and I had a fantastic time when we went for our Valentine's Day celebration but on the 18th instead. Our waiter Tim was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He made the experience even better. I am looking forward to our next visit. We had two bottles of wine, 2 cocktails in the bar before dinner, appetitizer and 2 entrees and shared a desert. We spent quite a bit of money. We felt it was worth every penny!"

"This is the second time that my GF and I have been here. When I made the reservation, I requested that Johnny Depp and Sandra Bullock, OR George Clooney dine with us(As a joke) And I mentioned that it was also our anniversary. The super smiley and nice hostess opened our menus... and they were customized with our name... and had pictures of the celebrities in them! It was a wonderful touch that someone had to take time to do. We really appreciated it! The food was great again. The server was... OK. He was not bad by any means... just not too joyful or warm I guess? I don't know but we both didn't really like him that much. Like I said though... he still did a good job with our drinks and food. We will be back!"

"Great Place! We told them it was my daughter's (9th) birthday and they did a fabulous job making her feel special. "What an incredible experience for our 29th Wedding Anniversary. When we went in to be seated inside the menu, on both our menu's, was a sheet of paper Wishing the Noble Party a Happy Anniversary with a wonderful versus. We had a drink and a glass of wine with dinner - Roy's special Cab was terrific. They brought us edamane as an appetizer which was so flavorful. Our dinner was the BEST - a sample plate with 4 different 3 oz. main courses meals. I had the Trio so - we could see almost all of their main entrees. Everything was so delicous - it was difficult to think about chosing one for our next visit. I forgot my camera and the server took a picture for us and presented it after dinner. The evening was the very best."

"Another delicious meal served at Roy's in Chandler. The service was very attentive and friendly. The happy hour Mai Tai is a must have and the Surf and Turf (Filet and Lobster) is to die for. Thank You Roy's."
