"My daughters meat was not cooked properly so it had to go back. The aspargus was overcooked, 3 shrimp on an advertised meal of shrimp and steak, are you kidding me?
On the postive side, our Hostess, Wine Steward, Servers were top notch, professional and very attentive.
Now get the food right."

"Fleming's is a steakhouse that wants/claims to be high-end, but doesn't quite hit the mark. At dinner two nights ago our salads were fine (though my Caesar had dressing that was a bit overbearing). My porcini rubbed filet ordered rare was a touch toward medium rare, though delicious. My wife's stripsteak, ordered medium-rare came decidedly medium - absolutely zero red in the center. Against my advice she did not send it back. Quite dissatisfying for a $45 entree. Lastly, the wine list is ridiculously expensive for wines that are not overly special. E.g., you'll find the typical Silver Oak Alexander Valley, a wine that has not been terrific for over a decade, yet Fleming's lists for $150 ($55 retail in the supermarket). One can do better."

"Love the wine selection and iPad with food and wine pairings. I would go back to the bar just to play with the iPad, educational tool for wine lovers. We found out that Belle Glos was a wine dedicated to Michael wagners grandmother who was one of the cofounders of Caymus. Apps: calamari 10, potabella stuffed ravioli:8, the shrimp cocktail:3, but the cocktail sauce was a 10, Everyone had the surf and turf:10, desert hot lava chocolate cake bomb no rating needed :). Bring your wallet but expect great food, great service and best wine list in town."

"Exceptional service, excellent food. The bone-in Ribeye was full of flavor and cooked perfectly, and my wife's Salmon was also excellent. It is not an inexpensive place, but the quality of both the food and the service make an excellent choice for a nice evening out."

"Unfortunately our experience was ruined due to the horrible service. I appreciate that the restaurant was busy – but that does not excuse our waiter from REPEATEDLY reaching directly over our plates (while we were still eating) to pick up empty glasses, plates, etc. Take the extra five seconds to WALK AROUND so you are not sticking your arm in my face and my plate of food. And your comment of “excuse my reach” does NOT make it okay – especially since you continued to do it! We were sitting at a circular table, so you had every opportunity to walk around and avoid reaching. Add this to having to wait an extremely long time for water/iced tea refills – our experience was not so great. It’s a shame – because the food was wonderful."

"Had a date night at Fleming's and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious from the prixe fixe selection of surf and turf to the appetizer of tenderloin beef carpaccio to the Alaskan King Crab Legs which were definitely a king sized portion! The wine list is superb for any budget and we picked a Lutetita pinot that our Sommelier was most proud of personally selecting for the restaurant. Only note of mild dissatisfaction was that the waiter was not on top of his game with plate removal after certain courses or wine pours when glasses were notably empty. Don't miss this Fleming's. They know how to give you a fine dining evening and a romantic booth to boot!"

The crowd was an interesting mix as it was Valentine's Day so that made it licely. We sat in the upper side room, which was a little more quiet. I preferred that room but their are no booths in that room. My husband prefers the main room, it has booths. All the same the food was amazing and the service was very good."

"The food is very good but not worth $40 for a steak when sides are a la carte. I got the special which the menu said was served with asparagus so I didn't order a side...but it only came with 3 spears. It was definitely more of a garnish than anything. We are in our early 30s and it was interesting that we saw the staff offer to take the coats of older customers but not ours, and we waited 10 minutes for our drinks. We spent over $400 for four of us before the 20% tip but next time we will go somewhere that isn't so overrated."
