"This is the 3rd time we have gone to brunch and we keep making the same mistake and order the breakfast meals. My advice is not to order the Eggs Benedict or breakfast meals. Stick with the dinner line up."

"My sister invited us to Fleming's to celebrate my birthday, and celebrate we did. Each of us ordered the prime rib, but had different salads and sides. We all agreed that the meat was cooked perfectly. My mashed potatoes and Wedge Salad were excellent.
What knocked my socks off though was the coffee. Even before adding the amazing fresh whipped cream, the aroma seduced me.
My daughter is gluten and dairy free, and our server went out of his way to accommodate her needs.
Unlike many restaurants, no courses were cleared til everyone had finished hers. A manager even came by to ask if we'd enjoyed our prime ribs.
There were beautiful floral decorations everywhere.
I loved being surprised by a gift of boxed truffles as a birthday treat"

"Went for special occasion and was very disappointed in the quality of our steaks, expected more from such a big named steakhouse. The french onion soup was the best part of my meal yet went there for the reputation of the steaks and not impressed at all, such a shame. Service was good, noisy atmosphere but nice restuarant with fantastic wine list. Not sure I would return, plenty of other steakhouses closer to home to give a chance."

"I have eaten at Flemings numerous times and have always had a great experience. this one was less than memoriable. Our service was below par, having to wait almost 5 minutes to have empty salad plates removed from in front of you, to salt and pepper shakers empty at a 6pm dinner...and couldn't get waiters attention for about 3 minutes because he was nowhere to be found... then for our steaks to come out warm, not sizzling hot disappointing...."

Our only complaints were that our check was brought right after desert was served. Not at the end of the meal. And the recommended wine from the server was priced at $98. Perhaps they could recommend several in a range of prices!"

"I believe we just found our Easter Brunch Tradition. I will not hesitate a minute when booking next year. Fabulous menu, superb service. The wine list is so extensive (and nicely impressive) that they hand you an iPad. The meal was timed perfectly. It was a nice touch that you could order from their full menu in addition to the special Easter Brunch menu."

Initially one person from our group was offended by the response and tone from the waiter when asked to describe the difference in a Delminico special versus the petite filet order. The response was very curt; almost insulted by the question. Our group is not a novice to dining; instead we travel for work and are exposed do different dining experiences and menus.
Our waiters later realized and started to treat this person kindly.
We sat near the kitchen and I think next time would know to request away from the hussle and bustle of the kitchen. Got a bit noisy."

"First time and really enjoyed it. We had a group of four and stayed with the seafood which in a steak house could be problematic. Excellent Tuna, Lobster and teh special, Amberjack nicely done. The shrimp cocktail were nice size but a little mushy, no snap on the bite. Service was outstanding."

"I arrive just in time for my reservation and had to wait 20 min. They don't respect the reservation, it was exactly the same to arrive without one and just make line. The service was poor one person in my party asked for an orange juice it took 15 min to arrive.This was my fourth and last time at this restaurant."

"Excellent service from Alex. Wine list could use some improvement plus since I'm in wine business didn't like the 300% markup from retail. Also didn't like the ala carte pricing for a wedege salad - $9.50 and $9.50 for a side of veggies. The entree is already at the high end and to add $19 for a salad and veggie is ridiculous. No I will not return to Flemings"

"Our experience did not start out well. We arrived about 20 minutes early and checked in. The hostess who checked us in very rudely told us our reservation was not until 6:00 and would seat us earlier if possible. While we were waiting to be seated, a couple came in and the gentleman said they a 5:45 reservation. The same hostess looked but could not find his reservation. The man searched his phone and discovered it was for Perry's. After some further discussion, the hostess told the man she could seat them right away. How does someone who has no reservation warrant being seated before those who do? We were seated just after. Our server made up for the arrival experience. She was very good and courteous."

"My husband and I have a tradition of trying Houston's notable Steakhouse during the celebratory occasions in our lives, i.e. birthday, anniversary, etc. So I decided to surprise him for his birthday with a trip The Woodland's Fleming's. Everyone was extremely nice without being overbearing/intolerable. The food was quite delicious. His bone-in ribeye was very tasty; it was cooked a perfect medium. The vegetable melody which accompanied my scallops were to die for. Probably the best I've ever had. We also enjoyed the mac and cheese; unlike some places the cheese was not too cumbersome. We like to decide, while eating, if we'll return to a restaurant. Fleming's is a go if someone else is paying. Otherwise, we'll be at Pappas Bros. They're FAB"

"It was a busy Saturday night... The kitchen noise was overwhelming. Decor and service is very good, and might suggest a high-quality, relaxing evening. Sadly such measures cannot provide any sort of relaxing dinner due to the noisy kitchen, resulting in an awkward blend of soothing decor with school cafeteria-esque ambience.
The food was very good, but not exceptional as prices would suggest. We had a better experience here when coming midweek, and in fact bought several gift certificates over the holidays, based on past visits. We just will avoid busy nights, and certain tables, if we come in future."

"The service was impeccable at this restaurant. The food was okay I must admit I have had better steak and the sides were sub par. The food is certainly not horrible but for the price I would expect something at least close to their competition. The ambience was decent. It was very noisy and the seating at the tables are not very comfortable and close to each other. Overall I enjoyed my experience but maybe they need an improvement in the menu or either reduce the prices."
