"Steak is what Fleming's is known for, there apps and wine list are well worth consideration. Our server did a great job, and was very patient with a couple of our guests who were undecided, even assisting. Steak was prepared to my liking, and sides were most complimentary with everyones entre."

"We have eaten in three consecutive days at BLT Steakhouse at Marriott's Camelback, Bourbon Steakhouse at Fairmont Scottsadale, and then Fleming's at the Scottsdale Hilton. While the BLT Steakhouse at Marriott was by far the best of the three, Flemings Steakhouse at Hilton was a close second.
THis is a large Fleming's restaurant and as usual, if you like deep colored wood steak houses, you will like this particular location. The Manager comes by to speak and he is wonderful, nice, not intrusive, and funny. All good characteristics. Of course, it is the steak that matters most and it was wonderful. Finally, the waitress was a student from ASU and she was skilled and pleasant. Very good and tasty steaks! What more can one ask?"

"Great location, right next to Hilton Resort on the SEC of Scottsdale Rd. & Lincoln Dr. in Scottsdale. This location is much smaller than other locations, and the noise level was actually too loud for me as this is a very special celebration for me and my date. We had to shout out loud to get our water(s) attention. But overall, this was a great choice on both of our parts and we'll definitely return to this place again soon."

"Let me say first that the service was great! But the fish, and I know this is a steakhouse, was terrible! The swordfish smelled and tasted fishy. Even at a steakhouse I expect a decent fish for 32.00. Also not much of selection of champagne sparking wine by the glass. Hard to recommend if you want to eat fish. I don't eat meat but my husband does. Expected Flemings to be a place for both of us to have a nice dinner!"

"We were celebrating our anniversary and were wished "Happy Anniversary" as soon as we showed up and also later by a few servers and wait staff as well as the manager who gave us a $25.00 gift card to use for a future visit. Our waiter Chad was excellent and very attentive and gave us a gift box of chocolate truffles when we departed. The food was excellent all around...petite filet, prime rib, sautéed mushrooms, Flemings signature salad and not to forget the fabulous chocolate molten lava cake....have had this dessert many places, but this was definitely one of the best anywhere!"

"Fleming's is a nice middle of the road steak restaurant. It sits between The Keg and Mastro's. The bar is way too small for the their location given that they promote a happy hour. Everyone is fighting for a seat at the bar but most end up either sitting in the patio or standing behind those sitting and then reaching through to get drinks. The servers were very accommodating and the menu selection is nice."

"Great service. Good food. Was getting into town the night before Easter. Couldn't find a brunch anywhere. Was preferring a large buffet with many stations. Everything in town was booked or grossly over our budget ($40/). It was also late so phone in reservations weren't possible. I found Open Table as the only way to possibly find a brunch at a specific time with online reservation booking. Made the reservation early morning for a 1145 slot. Funny part was it was at the hotel I was staying at. Seemed a little dark and loud at times. Good with kids. Stopped by after church to tell them we had a reservation later, but would gladly jump on any opportunities prior to that time. They took us right in."

"We were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and wanted a place with great food, and a quiet, romantic atmosphere. Flemings was ideally suited for us. From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were weekly guests. Every member of the staff greeted us by name, and congratulated us on our anniversary.
Every part of our meal was wonderful, from the bread that we started with, to the dessert. We shared our appetizers of crab cakes and shrimp cocktail, and both were delicious. My filet mignon was exquisite, tender and incredibly delicious. My husband had the lamb chops, and he was equally impressed.
Flemings is our favorite place for that special dinner out."

"Fleming's Steakhouse Scottsdale features excellent ambiance, a very courteous and attentive staff, and outstanding food. My party consisted of six people, some of whom have dietary restrictions. Everyone found something to their liking among the small plates and the entrees. We also enjoyed the Fess Parker Vineyards Chardonnay. We highly recommend this Fleming's location."

"We have reserved the table tru opentable. They showed us a table which is just in front of the door and there was cold coming from the door. We have requested another one naturally. She was not polite and did not want to offer another table, although the area was quite cold. Waiter came and talked to lady, then waiter took us to another table which was nicer. We have showed another empty table and ask for it. They said it is reserved, but it was empty till we leave the restaurant. The manager visited all tables and ask if everything is good. He was doing this just like a duty, but we did not find his behavior honest. Steak was really good but can not compare it with Peter Luger's steak. Peter Luger is much better.It is pricey. Not recommend"

"Has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Love the ambiance and the food has always been fabulous. However my last two times dining there, my steak (petite filet) had been tough. The first time I overlooked it as it was New Year's Eve but the second time was a regular day and I was very disappointed. It will be a while before I go back."

"I love going there when I am coming from a play or symphony performance or some other event that keeps me out until 9:30 or 10. Earlier in the evening, the restaurant is lively (good) and quite noisy (not so good for me), but late in the evening, it is really nice, and the service is more attentive. The food has always been excellent, whether at whatever time in the evening. I especially appreciate the opportunity to have smaller plates, especially in the later hours."

"they were off this night and it was not very good. it also took 1.5 hours. we did not order wine or apps. the server was visably upset with the kitchen but no offer was made to compensate up for the very long wait. it was one of those waits where people who came in 20 min after us were already finished eating before we got our feed."

"My expectations were pretty high for Flemings and they certainly did not dissapoint! The food we ordered was cooked to perfection and well timed (no rushing the starter course). The service was also just as excellent and it was a very busy night. I'm a traditional steakhouse king of person so I appreciate seeing sides like a baked potato and sauteed mushrooms. My only complaint is that this restaurant is not closer to where I live! I would definintely make it my go-to steakhouse."

"We were in town for a golf trip, and this was a great place to celebrate my buddy's hole in one. Great steaks, nice bottle of wine, and exceptional sides and desserts. With fantastic service, we had a great experience."

"Food was excellent as always (This is the 4th Flemings we've eaten at). Noise level was a little high (I wouldn't call it "energetic" but it was more than "moderate") and made it a difficult to have a quiet conversation."

"I have been to Fleming's many times. The service is always constant, you feel taken care of. The food, of course is excellent and served at the correct temperature. They do not "push" any one thing, just mention certain appetizers, etc. If there is a problem they are quick to take care of it and serve the corrected dish in an extremely timely manner. [I have never had problem}. I think the pricing is a little high since everything is ala carte and can add up quickly. The "small plates" are great for those that prefer a smaller meal. I would definitely recommend Fleming's."
