"Memorable 36th year Wedding Anniversary for my wife and me. Greeted quickly at the front door by the hostess and seated quickly. Wait staff was great and took care of our needs quickly and in a very friendly manner. Food was GREAT. Filet my wife had was done properly and was tasty. My New York Strip steak was great and done exactly as I ordered it. Sides were a great add on to the steak.
At the end of our meals our waitress asked for our claim check and had or vehicle pulled up and waiting for us.
Would recommend this restaurant to anyone."

"It had been a few years since my husband and I had been to Fleming's. Our first time there the food was amazing so I was very excited to go there for their Mother's Day brunch. Unfortunately it just wasn't as good as I remembered it. Maybe it was because there was a set menu. I would give it another chance but I'm not in a hurry to do so."

"Fleming's is a very nice place. Good decor, excellent food, huge wine list. As for the food, I had the peppercorn crusted strip, and it was outstanding!, Although you can't be afraid of peppercorns, because it was REALLY crusted! Strip steaks can sometimes be a little less tender than a ribeye or a filet, but this steak was the most tender strip I've ever had.
Complimentary valet is nice.
It is quite pricey, but for those special occasions, it''s definitely worth it!"

"My Wife said. . . "This may very well be the Greatest meal I have ever had in my life" We were completely mesmerized. The Food was simply amazing, but the service was ASTOUNDING, we were taken care of By Sherry and she was delightful. We had the ravioli based on a recommendation we heard on OT and it was out of this world. We also had the Chef's special Filet and the homemade cheesecake. I also had a 12 yo Glenfiddich. A completely transcendant experience, you get what you pay for so we can only make this a special occasion choice but here's hoping we have lots to celebrate in the near future."

The caesar salad has ham & capers in it. Didnt seem to enhance the salad. Why mess with tradition? Go back to the original, traditional salad. Great service, great selection of wines by the glass."

"Flemings tries to be an upscale restaurant but it is no different than a common chain restaurant. There is one exception. The cost. The only reason we tried this place was a gift card and a coupon. Our first clue to a bad night was the fact that we had to wait 20 minutes for a table when we had made a reservation. The calamari appetizer was ok but overpriced. Good wine list. I had a sirloin steak which was cooked properly but was just ok in taste. My wife got the scallops which were burnt and the waiter tried to tell us it was a glaze. Usually charcoal is not a great glaze. A fresh one came out but it was clear they reused the vegetables so they were cold when the new meal arrived. Horrible experience. Go to chop house in Ann Arbor."

"I had been to another Fleming's location before and was not that impressed. However, this visit was fabulous. The steaks were very flavorful and tender. The king crab legs, salad, sides, wine and dessert were all delicious. Service and atmosphere were both great."

"Warmly decorated, classy steakhouse with good service. I had a salad to start that was rather overpowered by raw red onions and fairly basic. Both of our filets were perfectly done and the loaded baked potato and Flemings potato sides were very tasty. We indulged with the molten chocolate cake for dessert - yum! We would definitely return at some point but the prices are pretty steep so definitely a special occasion option. They gave us a little box of truffles when we left to mark the special occasion we had mentioned as the reason for our visit - nice touch!"

"If they say they open at 5, then they open at 5. They won't seat you or let you sit at the bar until 5. This irritated some guests but I perfectly understood. People who arrive before it is open should not expect the business to open early for them. It would present problems for everyone on staff. They let people in from the cold and allowed them to wait in the foyer...a generous act worthy of customer appreciation not complaints.
As for the food, ambience and the service, Flemings is attentive, engaging and outstanding at every turn."

"We celebrated Valentines Day this year at Flemings. I was disapointed in the salmon and the excessive prices that were charged that day. I also felt very rushed by the waitress as it was obvious they were trying to pack in more patrons that day."

"I visit Fleming's restaurants all over the US and this was not the best experience. I ordered a medium filet mignon and received a well done piece of meat. The waitress took forever to come and see if the meat was cooked to our liking. Be the time we got her attention, the other party was almost finished eating. Never did a manager come over to apologize for the mix up. The waitress did aknowledge and apologize for the mistake, took the plate and later brought out a properly cooked filet.
I expected more customer service from Fleming's. The fact that the manager was not made aware of my issue or just didn't bother to address it does not sit well with me. Hopefully, the quality of service we received was an isolated experience."

"Flemings is ok as a steak place but it's pricing is way too high for what you get. My group of 5 spent $100 on two bottles of wine and our total bill with tip came to $517. That is way way too much."
