"I wanted to take my mother to a nice brunch for Mother's Day, and I have gone to Flemings before and had amazing service and food. I knew going in that it would be busy, but I never thought the service and the food would be poor. For a group of four this is what we experienced:
For each part of the dinner service it was about a 20 to 30 minute wait for the next course and we didn't receive what we asked for. My mother and I ordered the prime rib and asked for it to be cooked well done. When it came out it was cooked rare and the side dish for my mother was wrong. All the waiter could say to us is that our food should be out soon. Due to the bad service and the mess up in order with little to no regard from our waiter, I will not return."

Though a little pricey, but it's one of those places where you don't mind spending a little more to get a little more. "Very attractive restaurant. Was seated at a nice booth as soon as we arrived. Server came quickly with menus, water and bread. Drink orders given for martini's. They were good. Server came back shortly for orders. We shared an order of calamari for starter. It was brought out in a blink, but was not that hot. As we were slowly enjoying this, our salads came. So plates were shifted etc. for that. Started to feel a bit rushed. Blue cheese wedge very generous, with big hunk of blue cheese on plate. Think this is a shared one for future visits.I had the

"Flemings is not usually open for Brunch , but they had a nice fixed price selection for Easter. Everyone of the four in our group found something that they really enjoyed. The prime rib was cooked as ordered, which doesn't always happen these days, no matter how you ask for it. The expediter was amazing, serving with three full plates on his arm and sauces. A very nice experience, we would definitely have dinner there now."

"Over the years, I had been to a number of Flemings around the country and the third time to this location. For a chain, it was excellent - my companion said it was the best meal she has had in a long time. Not crowded for a Monday night, even so the service, food, ambiance were all 4.5 stars. There are many excellent steak houses in Vegas, but for a local location in Summerlin this ranks up there. Can't go wrong."

"I've been to STK at Cosmopolitan, Prime at Bellagio and a handful of other upscale restaurants throughout Las Vegas and Flemings hands down has the best service! This was our second visit at Flemings and I usually don't return to restaurants because there are so many great options that I still have not tried. My boyfriend insisted we go back for his Birthday because he was that impressed from our first visit. Marco was our server and he was fantastic from beginning to end. The great service was consistent with what we experienced the first time.
Marco was so attentive he absolutely blew us away. The bone in filet was tender and juicy. Both of our cocktails were well made and the creme brûlée might have been the best I've ever had."

"Overall an excellent evening. The only downfall was the shrimp cocktail -- chewy and average at best. Everything else was excellent! Loved the Fleming's potatoes, ribeye and wedge salad. About $500 for the four of us, so we can't eat there every week, but a few times a year for sure!"

The waiter also pressured us when he took our order to designate a desert which came with the special.
