"Service was very hit and miss and quite disappointing for Mother's Day. Water and other beverages were not refilled during the first half of the meal. Server seemed overwhelmed with other large tables and could not provide top tier service as expected. Had to flag down others to help with refills, dish removal, missing entrée items, etc. Napkins and a knife missing from table upon arrival. Server was more attentive toward end of meal and other servers started assisting, but this was absolutely unacceptable in an establishment of this caliber. Could have gone to various other establishments and had a perfect experience."

"One of my favorite things about this restaurant is the exceptional service provided by the servers. Not so on mother's day. We had a team of two waitresses who we had to literally chase down for a napkin, a fork and then for a refill of our water."

"We went to celebrate a birthday. I had put a special note on the open table request. we we arrived they told us happy birthday when we walked in! Great Job! Our dessert came with a little candle and we were sent home with a little treat as well. The food selection was great. The wines selection was overwhelming with so many to choose from. The staff was very attentive. We hadn't had a chance to even look at the menu before we were asked to order. Our dinner was constantly interrupted (literally every 10 min like clockwork) by different staff members asking if everything was ok. Great attention but just a little too much....but that could have been because it was 7:00pm on a Tuesday (they were practically empty)"

"My family has always enjoyed Fleming's as a special occasion place. With both of my grown children in town, they were excited about dinner. I really felt that we were rushed through, what is a usually expensive meal. We ordered drinks and before they arrived, our salads were brought out. I specifically told the waitress that we did bot want to be rushed. Salads done, food out. Of course, the waitress does not bring out the food, serves with no personality push the plates in front of us, tell us they are hot and leave. Our sides soon arrived. After a few bites, our waitress returns with the "Is everything excellent!" to be honest, the steaks were ordered MR+, but were rare. Both my son and I have had a stomachache since."

"We had a table of 8 for Easter brunch. The restaurant of course was busy with many families but we were seated right on time and had a good table location. Our service , however, was very slow. We waited at least 20 minutes between our salad and entree, and when the entrees did arrive, they were brought by food "runners" who of course had no idea who ordered what - all 8 of us had to sit quietly and raise our hands as each meal was described so it could be delivered. All entrees were cold - which led us to believe the food had been ready for quite some time, just not delivered. We eat at Fleming's quite often and were very surprised at the poor service we received at this visit."

"Our party of three included my 14 year old son,my mother and myself. (My son made the request to eat a Fleming's) We had a fabulous dining experience. Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. The steaks were oustanding and the lobster tails were extremely tender and had great flavor. I would recommend Fleming's to any one for just a great family meal or if celebrating a special occasion."

"Our server was excellent. The addition of the IPad device to pick wine varieties was interesting. I tried a Chardonnay I might not other wise have chosen. The addition of the small plates to the menu was needed. In the past, it had been rather limited and very expensive. I had the small plate filets and the tomato/beet salad. Delicious. Again, I have to emphasize how attentive our waitress was to us. I have not been to this restaurant for a while, but am inclined to go back now. Hope they continue to expand the menu."

"The experience started well with a romantic table and friendly service. However, food was very disappointing. The arugula was old and the burrata was liquid cheese garnish. My scallops were cooked perfectly but the grilled vegetables were over cooked. The worst offense was the lobster which was over cooked beyond recognition. The server was apologetic and brought a second one. It, too was murdered on the grill. My wife and I hope the restaurant takes the feedback and improves quality soon."

"We had a party of six. The service and food were fantastic. They have a separate gluten free menu which allowed my family members with special dietary restrictions plenty of great entree choices including dessert. We were celebrating my sisterinlaws birthday. "Made 7:30pm reservations for a Saturday night. We were seated by 7:45pm. We enjoyed a glass of wine from the bar while we waited. The food was good, however for the price I would have expected better. We enjoyed the crab cakes as an appetizer and the chocolate lava cake for dessert. Our main course was the porcini rubbed filet mignon. We both ordered medium, however one was medium rare. We had shared servers at our table which meant neither one paid attention to our table. We had to reorder our waters from guy who brought our appetizer. There are much better places to dine for this price with great food and service."

"This was our first time at this restaurant. We took customers there for dinner. We generally liked the place, but I am not sure I will go back, especially since we have a number of better options.
The food was just fair with the desert being the possible exception. The calamari appetizer was cold and almost tasteless. The lamb chops were almost burnt to a crisp and at least one of the filets was well done instead of being medium rare.

The food was just fair with the desert being the possible exception. The calamari appetizer was cold and almost tasteless. The lamb chops were almost burnt to a crisp and at least one of the filets was well done instead of being medium rare.

"We have dined at Flemings several times over the last 5-6 years. The food is always consistently good. Our service this time was less than the best. We spent a good deal of time sitting and waiting. Unlike previous visits the server waited until we were finished with our meal and the table had been cleared before we were asked about the molten chocolate cake which takes 20-25 min to prepare. Since that was our dessert choice we had to wait another 20 min or so. Aside from the time we spent sitting and waiting during different periods of time throughout the meal the experience was positive."

"This was the 3rd time visiting Flemings. Our first visit was very good. The 2nd time both of our steaks were fair, and when you're paying $45 for a steak, I expect much better than fair. So, we decided to try one more time, but only because we had a gift card. We told the waitress that we were unhappy with our steaks last time. I explained that I asked for a filet done medium and that it was definitely medium well and not much flavor. She said she would be sure to tell the cook and the manager. My steak came out medium well AGAIN! The manager came around and was very disappointed. Of course, not as disappointed as we were. So, my husband sat there trying to eat slowly. His ribeye was ok, but a bit chewy. Got a new steak. Still not much flav"
