"The service was off this time. The person that sat us saw us & took a good 5mins to come to the desk then instead of sitting us the phone was ringing & took the reservations while we were standing there waiting. Sorry but you tell the person on the phone to hold not the customer who's in front of you. Btw this was the manager. You would think he would know better. The waiter was very nice, but not on top off it. The mashed potatoes were cold, there's no excuse for that. We've been there a number of times & it's been excellent. Not this time not even close"

"Nice place with a good CGRW menu (you had to ask for it though). Waitstaff was top notch and definately a place we'd come again. We went on a Tuesday night with another couple and closed the place down. We live in SW Broward so I forgot how stuck up Gables folks are. Great food and service more than made up for the other people in the restaurant. First time in a Fleming's and would absolutely go back"

"Since the Palm closed their Coral Gables location we've searched for a replacement. Morton's was fine until Landry's bought them and lowered the quality of food and brought in incompetent management. We go to Flemings several times a month and it never fails consistent food and service and without the typical south beach attitude you can get in Miami."

"My wife and I had been told what a "gem" this place is and had yet to experience it for ourselves. From the initial warm reception to our final bites of a delectable lava cake, we had one of the top dining experiences of our lives at Fleming's. Matt, our server, was beyond exceptional and the food (from our slightly expensive shrimp appetizer) to the creamed corn and Fleming's Potatoes sides, there was absolutely nothing lacking - just a meal replete with "hmms" and "ridiculous."
Definitely a new favorite for us and we will be back soon!"

"I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. The wait staff is very friendly and the manager, who knows me by name, comes over to chat awhile on every visit. Once, he even gave me a gift of a bottle of fine wine, just for being a regular customer. Food is great and they are very customer oriented."

"We frequent many different dining locations and the staff at Fleming’s is always a classy, first-rate team of professionals affording you a pleasant dining experience. Since the food is also outstanding, this steakhouse is a favorite among other CG eateries. Reading some of the reviews below, it’s hard for me to imagine what might have gone wrong for some of my fellow OpenTable foodies. We are no special customers, but if you enter with a smile, Fleming’s staff and owners make you feel like one – everytime! Try checking your attitude at the door and realize that special occasions are celebrated on any given night. I'm sure Fleming’s will work very hard to accommodate you as well. "I have been many times to Fleming's and food never disappoints. The place though has become a favorite for some locals which seem to get preferential treatment above casual visitors. Although I have probably spent thousands in Fleming's over the last few years, it doesn't seem enough as I did not feel treated fairly and much less as a number customer.
I short, I had confirmed reservations and saw my table blatantly being given away to someone who clearly arrive after me but seemed to be a well-known regular customer.
Fleming's, you are not a private club and the competition is stiff. Just count the number of steakhouses around in the area, many which I'll choose to frequent more often instead."

"A great place, with great food, and extremely good service! We drove all the way down from Aventura to have dinner at Flemings in Coral Gables, and it was well worth the drive. We had a very good time, and we will for sure be back."

"The restaurant is the class of the upper end steak houses. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, it is a terrific experience worth every cent you pay for. The service we received from out waitress on Saturday night was the best we have ever had at that or any other restaurant. They are to be commended for their hiring and training. I highly recommend this restaurant with one caveat: Park you own car unless you don't mind waiting a very long time to get your car when you leave."

"Went for dinner to celebrate a special occasion, starting a new/different career path.
First, everyone from the hostess, waiter and the manager on duty, congratulated our table on the new career.
The scallops were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The lobster was soft, juicy and flavorful. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked, seasoned well, and juicy.
Their wine list with lots of variety of wines by the glass allowed us to try new and different wines.

"Had reservations for 8, showed up at 8:05 and had to wait about 5 min. Once we sat, the waiter was pulled for about 10-15 min. Started off slow, but once we put our order in I everything went back to normal. First time having the Delmonico and boy was it good. Topped with crab meat...yum!"
