"Fleming's is an excellent choice for that special occasion meal, unless your budget is not challenged in any way. A meal for two with a salad, entree, side item and dessert could easily surpass $150. That said, the food and service is excellent. Wait staff were professional and attentive without being over-solicitous. My wife enjoyed a barbequed salmon which she proclaimed was the best if not close to the best she had ever eaten. My Newport filet was done to my specifications and was clearly a select piece of meat. We did not partake of the wines but really enjoyed the bread with two house cheese spreads presented before the meal. We plan to return for our anniversary."

"My wife and I had the special that has been running for about 5 weeks.....6 oz filet with 8 oz lobster tail, salad or soup, side of spaghetti squash. Fantastic. My wife said it was probably the best lobster tail she had ever had and the steaks were very tender and cooked to perfection. My wife loved the baked french onion soup and my favorite salad accompanied the special entree (the wedge). We had a great dinner."

"Was looking for a nice restaurant to treat my friends to while at a nearby convention. Flemings did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. If you go you MUST try the Flemings potatoes, for they are devine. Our server was glorious and efficient. Came and checked up on us in the right amounts and we were never lacking for anything. Gave a little sass back when sass was given (always a plus in my book). Made the meal in my opinion.
Flemings was a great experience and I will be returning when in the area. I might say it is even worth making a special trip just to eat here."

"We have eaten at Flemings a number of times and always had a wonderful experience. We took another couple there this past weekend to celebrate and had a marginal experience for the price. My wife's dinner was brought out with the soups and salads instead of with our entrees. I had to stop someone to fill up my wine glass twice (we bought two bottles of wine for the table), we had lobster and steak dinners and the kid that served the lobsters dropped one of them on the table cloth and picked it up and served it (not a huge deal, but for the quality and price of Flemings one would not expect this). The appetizers and food was great except for the spaghetti squash and my wife's tuna which we have had many times and is usually wonderful."

"This was the first time we've had to wait to be seated for our reserved time. I requested a table near the kitchen because it is actually quieter than the large half booth we were in. It was very difficult to hear the waitress and each other. Our meals were served promptly and were good. We probably won't be back any time soon. Too loud for conversation. We were given birthday chocolates which was very thoughtful,but we mainly go for the good talk and food."

"My steak and daughters steak were ordered Medium Rare "Plus" and they came out more towards the medium well side. Our server seem to disappear for a while so we could not send it back. We also wanted to order a dessert that took longer to prepare, again no server so we had to pass."

Good - iPad to view wine is a nice touch; ahi tuna small plate was good; ambiance was good as it seemed like the place to be.
Bad - tremendously overpriced; swordfish and short ribs were terrible.
Not a good restaurant option with so many others around."

Kimberely was our waitness and cannot say enough. Outstanding on her part. With the prices here you would expect better food. We spent over 250 with one bottle of wine. "The food was great and our waitress was fabulous. It was great to be addressed by our names. The recommendations by the waitress were wonderful. "We live a few blocks from Flemings and never visited until this last week. We found out what we have been missing. We ordered filets and, frankly have never tasted such a tender flavorable steak. We have been loyal to two other steak houses in Milwaukee and they do not even compare. The prices are all ala carte and found the restaurant to be quite pricey, however, for a special occasion or for a special treat, we certainly will return."

"Even though Flemings is along the lines of a "chain" restaurant we had an amazing experience and one of the best steaks I've ever had. The staff was great to point my wife and I in the right direction both with cut of meat and how it should be served. Unfortunately i was still recovering from a cold and wasn't able to take advantage of the extensive wine list.
