"Mo's is a solid steakhouse with good service and nice ambience. Wine list has a good range of prices and variety. Some decent choices for the non carnivorous such as bacon wrapped scallops. The bleu cheese dressing could use a little zip. was rather bland. That would be my only negative comment. They sure as heck know how to make a strong cocktail. Always a plus!"

"We went on a Friday night for a casual business dinner. The steak and food were all the level of quality I'd expect from a top-notch steakhouse. However what sets Mo's a bit apart, is it has a much more relaxed feeling than the other high end steak places around Houston. Is it the only one? No - but it is a very good one.
I'd definitely recommend it for someone looking for a high end steak, without a stuffy atmosphere."

"My wife and I went out for our 3rd year anniversary. We had wanted to try Mo's so this was a good excuse. For drinks I ordered a mojito and she tried the Houston, both good. The staff was great all night and very nice. My wife got the dainty lady which is a 4oz prime filet and 2 bacon wrapped scallops. Very good! I got the Kobe (Wagyu) 8oz steak and it was amazing. One of the best steaks I have ever had. The sides came out a little late and were just ok. The manager apologized and comped us free dessert and coffees. He was extremely friendly. The cinnamon roll dessert is worth going for alone. They brought a creme brulee out with 2 candles in it for our anniversary. Mo's is a little expensive but I found it was very well worth it!"

"The service was great from the moment you stepped in the door. The food was great (the steak was a tad overcooked - but still good). I highly recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. The side dishes were amazing, Sweet potatoes and Mac&Cheese. The house cinnabon like dessert was also great."

"My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. The service was beyond outstanding. The manager was very attentive to our needs. Our server was very nice and persistent. The food... was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back.
The only downfall I could see is the noise level. We sat in the lounge and there was a live pianist. We could barely hear her because the noise was so loud."

"Very nice place in the back corner of parking lot. Got there early and decided to sit at bar and wait for a booth along wall. The place is very nice and the outside area is nice also, will maybe sit outside next time. My wife order the tomato salad and i had a house salad both were good except the house salad was romaine menu said iceberg lettuce. For our entree's wife hade salmon and i had short ribs. There served with risotto which is very good and had a side of Mac & Cheese. The food was to me as good as it get's. The waitress was good nothing special. Looking forward to eating here again soon."

"As our first time at Mo's, their reviews greatly fueled our anticipation of a memorable meal.With that said, what stood out was the service.Truly beyond impeccable.Very attentive, yet unobtrusive.Knowledgeable but not arrogant.Friendly but not too familiar.So far, wow...Then, they brought the meal. Talk about bursting your bubble.When visiting a new steak house, I try to get similar dishes in order to compare apples to apples. Crab cake, ribeye, lots of sides and desert.While the proteins were outstanding in quality and flavor, the preparation was below expectations for the price.Appetizers were tasty but average.Their signature ribeye was a good steak, just not great. The creme brulee...meh. Memorable service with memorably average food."

"Mo's is amazing and the service is right up there with the best!! The Sea Bass was to die for!! Only thing I didn't like was the dessert that was preordered for us...a cinnamon roll with ice cream. My husband thought it was amazing. However, I am one that loves chocolate. So, that was not a good choice -- and it was huge so I didn't want to get anything else"

"Sides were good, as were the desserts. Biggest issue is that two of us ordered the 4 oz. petite filet and the waiter mixed up the plates. I ended up eating a well done steak, when I ordered a medium steak. Big difference!!!"

"From the moment we walked in the door, our experience was absolutely amazing. The hostess, manager, our two waiters and anyone else that came by were beyond helpful and extremely friendly. This was the best service we have had in Houston. The foood was amazing as well. This is now my new favorite restaurant in Houston. Would and will recommend to everyone. Plus they had a fabulous person playing the piano in the bar area which really added to our evening."

"The service here is outstanding - attentive without being intrusive. We went here for my birthday, and the staff made just the right amount of hoopla for the celebration - great dessert with a candle - no singing. I was a bit disappointed in my Kobe beef filet - it was overcooked and the quality of the meat didn't compare with Kobe beef that I have had at other restaurants. However,my husband said that his ribeye was great. Kudos go to the restaurant for serving a 4 ounce filet and sauteed vegetables - great for those of us on a diet.I would return to Mo's, although, ironically, not for a steak. There were salads and other menu items that I would like to try."

"As always the food was delicious. At first our service was good. Then we had a table of 8 seated next to us and our waiters forgot we were there. After not being attended to in 10 minutes, I got up and spoke to the manager on duty. He was very apologetic and told me he would take care of it. Within a minute we had a new wait staff at our table for the rest of the evening. The manager was kind enough to send us over some complimentary appetizers. The rest of the evening went well and was exactly like what we have always had at Mo's, good service and great food! Thanks Hector."
