"How can you go wrong with food and customer service this great?! We were seated as soon as we got there...right on time! Many seated around us were boisterous but energetic; probably getting pumped for the concert scheduled later that evening. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"Got the Soltoro burger and was awesome! The only thing we didn't like was that they don't refill the salsa for free, you have to pay $2 which is ridiculous because nobody (restaurant) does that.
If u like tequila, try the don julio flight WITH a shot of "grandpa" Don Julio 1942 for an extra $10 but believe it's worth every penny! Very smooth"

"Just an ok Mexican food restaurant. The salsa was terrible, like tomato sauce. The margaritas were awesome. The entrees were overpriced, but it is Mohegan. The fajitas were average, except they only gave me 3 tortillas, for 2 people? Much more meat and vegetables for only 3 tortillas. Service was average."

"great Mexican food at Mohegan sun. house margaritas are a bit sweet but still very good. the pork belly tacos are fantastic, come with 3 soft tacos beans and rice. Kind of like a thick bacon taco, the meat was crunchy and delicious. beans and rice was standard Mexican sides. carne asada enchiladas were also excellent.

"We chose Soltoro to celebrate a birthday for a co-worker.
We liked the food very much. Medium to expensive, but it's in a casino, right? So you kind of expect that.
Great Tequila selection and the drinks were awesome. A little slow on service, but once we had a few drinks, we didn't care much.

"The ambiance was nice, it was nicely decorated with big tables and booths. The food was not Mexican at all, very far from authentic. My husbands avocado mashed potatoes were cold, his salmon luke warm, my daughters kid meal was fries and 2 hamburger sliders stuffed between rolls with no lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. My mango margarita tasted like it didn't have alcohol in it and 3 tacos cost $16 that were basically folded small corn tortillas that fell apart once picked up."

"Inside Mohegan Sun Casino complex. Food was fresh and very tasty. Ordered the Fajita platter for two ($36). They only provided 5 fajitas...split the last one? You would think they could pick an even number. Waitress was friendly, but not overly attentive. Wine was priced at $8 a glass for the Callie Malbec. Not too bad, but you know you could get a bottle for a little over that price. Placed was packet due to Muse concert at Casino, and the tables are a little close to each other so privacy should not be a goal if eating here. Got to know our next door table and offered them some suggestions. Not overly impressed, but not put off."

"Overall, I was not impressed. Our open table reservation was key but when I called to add a person to our party of 4, they treated this as if it was a hardship to make it a table for 5. We ordered tableside Guacamole,didn't even see the person who made it, did not have any interaction while it was being made to ask for additional lime etc. It was ok but not worth $16 price and Guacamole came on my dish. I ordered NY Strip steak which was delicious. I ordered empanada appetizer and it was deep fried for a little too long so was very brown. Would have been good if not overcooked. The reseraunt is very busy and crowded and loud so be prepared. For the $ spent, I should have gone to Bar Americain."

"In a word, tonights meal was OUTSTANDING. Let me set the tone...JAM PACKED SATURDAY NIGHT. EVERYWHERE is crowded...people EVERYWHERE and we walk into SolToro three minutes before our reservation and our table is ready and waiting. Josh, our server comes over and goes over the special, takes our drink order gets us chip and salsa and we are off and running. The food here is off the hook and tonight, Josh was on his A +++ game, REALLY taking great care of us and making the time spenpt there great. "The food is good but not great. Service is ok. I paid $20 for 3 fish tacos. It's not worth the price. $10 is reasonable. Rubios' fish tacos is much better and much cheaper."

"Frank, our server was in fine form and REALLY took care of us tonight. He allowed us to take our time and was able to answer all questions that we asked. Hot chips and salsa were very good tonight with the salsa really hitting the spice mark. Portion size on the dinners here is large and were served piping hot. I had the chicken buritto and my wife had the Carne Asada a La Tampiquena which is a marinated grilled

"We enjoyed using a Travelzoo voucher at Sol Toro and got a $75 meal for $39. The Margaritas were refreshing, warm chips with salsa and guacamole staved off our hunger, and we chose fajitas for our main meal. Mine were shrimp and my husband had steak fajitas. Both were filling and just right. Overall, a very good and satisfying meal. We'd recommend making a reservation which we did because it was very crowded due to a concert at the arena that we didn't know about."

"Expansive tequila menu, margaritas are great! Located in the heart of the casino area. Food was very good and the guacamole made table-side was incredible. We had a group of 8 and they were very accommodating. Service was friendly and accurate. Overall we had a great dinner."

"Michael Jordan has done it again! The atmosphere is perfect and very fitting for the venue, the food is absolutely incredible and the tequila menu is "wow". Definitely make a reserve on Friday and Saturday nights. The waitstaff is very attentive and wants to make sure that you have a wonderful meal/time. I have also attending a group function here twice now and both times, it went smooth and without a hitch."
