"As always, Solera delivered an A+ experience. The food was spectacular, the service was fantastic, and the staff was friendly, accomodating and informed. I literally wouldn't change a thing about Solera and feel ridiculously lucky to have this gem so close by! Definitely one of Denver's best!"

"I had heard a lot of raving reviews about Solera but never checked it out. The location seems odd and the outside doesn't give the restaurant justice, but as for the dining experience my wife and I had for her birthday dinner...AMAZING!!! We would put it in our top 3 in Denver for sure and we've been here a decade. The staff was excellent, the ambience unmatched, the outdoor deck just pure Colorado and the food was excellent. We will be back very soon and recommend to all."

"We tried this place first at Feast on the Fax, and went back for a drink one night when we just wanted a quiet place to have a cocktail. It quickly became our go-to place for celebrations or just a nice night out without the kids. The food and service are always spot-on and we know it will be a great experience."

"Love the all you can eat mussels on Tuesday. Of course the serving is so hearty that I couldn't eat a second bowl. Miss the one that was white wine and leeks from quite a while ago. Service was a little slow. Waited quite a while between apps and main course. All of our dinners were exceptional. The scallops always a hit."

Solera is great for ordering small plates(tapas) too. Since we were headed to theatre, we enjoyed their calamari...again! It's delicious. The cheese plate selection was yummy, and our salads were fresh. Love their bread. Mix their excellent balsamic vinager with some of the olive oil...WOW! Try their varied drink selection as well. "My scallops were only seared on one side, and were not cooked enough. And I lIKE seafood slightly underdone. Mac & cheese was nothing special...kind of watery. One of the noisiest restuarants I've been in. I might try it again if I could sit on the patio."

"We have heard wonderful things about Solera from many friends, not to mention the articles and reviews in local media. The food and ambiance were very good, however, the service was not what we were expecting. While every person we encountered was helpful and friendly, it took a while for our server to offer us drinks and bring out our food. As we did visit during restaurant week, we knew it would be busy, however, I thought the service could have been better managed.
Despite the bumps with the service, we will probably be back, but in the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful patio."

"Delicious sounding menu for 5280 Week but very small portions..particularly salad and the dessert- Cheese tray that was to be fruits and cheese. There were 2 one inch pieces of cheese, 3 nuts and 1/2 teaspoons of apricot puree. I had the vanilla cake and it waS THE BEST CHOICE. My friends who did the cheese thing were very disappointed.

"We've had dinner at Solera every year for Denver Restaurant Week and this time the food was absolutely perfect. They still have old standbys such as the calamari, but the waitress recommended the bruschetta and it was an excellent choice. The food was hot and cooked perfectly, the portions were not too big and dessert rounded off the pleasant dining experience. The downside is that the dining space is small and crammed and not very inviting. But the food more than makes up for it."

"The food was terrific, but we felt very rushed to eat it. It was clear they were trying to rush food out to turn tables over for the night. For example, our salads came less than a minute after we ordered and our main dishes as soon as we were done with the salads. Dining out isn't just about the food. It's the whole experience and conversation... which we didn't have time for."

"This was my first time experiencing Solera. We went for Restaurant Week. My date and I waited 35 minutes to be seated. And the it took over an hour to get the first course. Figured that since it was a limited menu the food would be ready quicker. I had the salmon and it was amazing. My date had scallops on a Mac and cheese. The scallops were ok but the Mac and cheese was lacking in taste."
