"This play was good--we had these two dishes: Hand Rolled Potato Gnocchi + Pan Roasted Wild Bass. The wild bass was cooked very well, however, both entrees were very salty and I enjoy a good amount of salt on my food. --Maybe because we went on a weekday so the cook was probably not the main chef. Nonetheless, they had a decent beer and wine selection. The ambiance was soothing and the waiters/waitresses were very nice!"

"It is not a fancy restaurant nor gourmet but we found the servers very friendly and the food very tasty. We consider it a great value for the price range and the neighborhood. And it was the only restaurant on its block of St. Mark's not spoiled by noisy drinkers."

"Never had an issue with your establishment before. Was a happy, frequent customer(was there twelve times) and enjoyed every meal.
Walked in this Saturday to an empty restaurant with my date, hostess asks if we have a reservation(didn't) and then tells us we have to wait till 9! This was at 7:00 PM on a Saturday!

Stepped out made a reservation through Opentable for 7:30 and walked back in to eat. We were there till about 9:30 and there were still empty tables at the venue.
I'm sorry but when an establishment attempts to become elitist specially in the Village, it's time to stop visiting!
Please fix this."

"Overall, I thought the food was great. The service was fine. The only disappointing part was that I made a reservation for 9:30 and we were not seated until 10:00pm. We even arrived 10 minutes early to the reservation, so we ended up waiting over 40 minutes at a place where we had a reservation. I did think that the food was excellent though!"

"This is the second time I've eaten at Paprika and the food was amazing on both occasions. The only downside to this restaurant is the wine list, which is lacking in variety and overpriced. Overall, however, the restaurant is excellent."

"I made reservations here for a small party of 3 people at 9 pm. We arrived on time only to be told that they have "nothing available at this moment." It seems as if thats what you should be saying to people walking in, not to customers who made a reservation in advance. during the 40 minutes we waited for our table we were shoved and pushed around. My friend ordered a drink at the bar which the bartender got wrong. We were eventually seated and ordered. They forgot to bring out one of our appetizers and had to ask three people before someone finally said they would get it at which point they were bringing out our entrees, which were cold. The bartender is the one who we spoke to about our app and she was completely obnoxious about it."

"This was a first time at Paprika and we found it a good value, particularly at their reasonable price point. With a group of four, we had a chance to try quite a few items including risotto balls, kale salad, a trout special and a tasty spaetzle dish which were all very good.
The wine list offers some very good wines at a price point you can not argue with. This is not a quiet place but the volume of conversation provides some privacy you might not otherwise have in a place with close bistro style seating.
One shortcoming-- our chocolate dessert, which is listed as served warm, came downright cold. It would have been good warm I suspect. So while the experience was not flawless, I'd definitely return."

"Fantastic spot spot for a date or for a big group or birthday. Menu is great - lots of options and great quality dining. Gets a little busy but definitely worth it ! Highly recommend the pastas or the fish. Apps are also great ! People will be impressed you take them to a spot that most people don't know about. Go!"

"I went with 2 of my girlfriends and we all really enjoyed brunch at Paprika. Atmosphere was nice, simple and relaxing for a Sunday and the food was delicious - I had the eggs benedict with pancetta. Highly recommend it! Not a huge portion but just enough to satisfy and it comes with coffee/tea and a mimosa/bellini, etc. I loved my bellini! Overall a nice experience."

"I really enjoyed my dinner at Paprika, a special occasion for my boyfriend's birthday. He had the prix fix menu with chicken, which he said was so-so, but my spinach pasta special was delicious. My trio also really enjoyed the beef carpaccio and the vegetable Napoleon--one of my all-time favorites. The tiramisu was tasty too, as were our reasonably priced glasses of wine."
