"Terrific bar service before our party got seated. Once seated in the main dining room things took a huge turn. Our drinks took 32 minutes to receive, in a 75% empty restaurant! They couldn't transfer the tab correctly and even our appetizer showed up before our drinks. Asked to substitute a side dish - not possible. Found a bad piece of lobster, smelling of ammonia - manager didn't even apologize. Friend ordered the duck breast and they didn't even ask how she would like it served. Asked for the lamb to have a char on it - not possible (ummm you serve steak and can't do a char??). Side dish on the chicken was terrific, to bad it was kept under the heat lamp to long so the chicken was dried out. Hopefully things will turn around soon."

"We had our choice of a booth, which was cozy and we had a nice meal even though the table across from us was loud and boisterous. Seems all of the diners were seated in one quadrant of the room so it didn't seem so empty. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the beef tenderloins and lobster tail for the Monday night special. Nice comp dessert for our anniversary. You won't regret choosing the cheesecake - light and airy."

"Went there for brunch with the family. The food was pretty good but not great. Many choices including crab, shrimp, prime rib, egg station, and various desserts. However, I was SHOCKED when the bill came. It was $300 for 4 people and they automatically included the gratuity. No alcohol was purchased...
Service was bad, but not unpleasant. Our glasses were empty for long periods of time and it took quite a while to get the check.
If you want a good variety of things to eat for brunch or a nice atmosphere, this is a good choice. If you're looking for top notch food or service, you should head into Houston."

"The place is very nice, however our steaks were overcooked. Six of us ordered steaks and none came out at the right temperature. Not really worth it for $48/steak."

"Location of resturant was a little off the beaten path, however great decor, setting, and feel to the place. Food was excellent! We would have loved to have had a larger group to experience the Macy's Table and we will definetely keep this in mind for a future special occasion with a group.
Only issue we had was with our service. Place seems to say "come in...relax..enjoy your meal".. however we had too many interruptions from our waitress to take our order. We actually felt pressured to place our order even when we told her we wanted a few minutes to visit and have some wine, which took over 20 minutes to bring out our bottle (we actually had to ask for it twice). It was a Wednesday night...not busy..no reason to rush."

"We went for Easter Brunch and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The price for brunch was lower than most of the restaurants we looked at so we were a little concerned that the food wouldn't be as good. We were so wrong! I started out with an excellent omelet with sausage and bacon, and followed it with crab legs that were large and high quality, shrimp and finally prime rib which was tasty and very tender. There were a wide variety of side dishes available. Combined with friendly, attentive service and a comfortable, quiet dining room where we could converse without shouting, our party of four left completely satisfied and already planning to dine at Cullen's again."

"As usual the quality of food was excellent. Some of the items were lukewarm but that's to be expected for Easter brunch crowds. The level and quality of service is always phenomenal."

"The service was exceptional but my pork chop was way too salty. I would have preferred a good pork chop with bad service. I don't think I'll be returning."

"Menu was poor. The presentation of what they had was good. Sides were terrible, no freshness or imagination. Selection was poor. We do not plan on going back. This was our 5th or 6th time to dine here since they opened, nothing changed and nothing to look forward to if we were to come back."

"Enjoyed the brunch with several members of our family who had never been to Cullen's. Our server was very patient and helpful since it took us a while to order. Cullen's has one of the few brunches we have enjoyed lately where you can actually have a conversation while you eat and you don't feel rushed. We will be back often."

"Nice restaurant with good food, but over-priced. For two adults and a child, we spent $125 (No alcohol). In the end, it was a very enjoyable evening but I just can't quit thinking, for that price, I could've had Killen's."

"This was our first time dining at Cullen's and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our favorite item was the scallop appetizer - it was amazing! Service was excellent also - we appreciated their willingness to accomodate special requests. Would definitely recommend Cullen's to others, and will go back again."

"Best part about the evening was the food. I ordered the duck platter and would recommend it to anyone planning to go to Cullen’s. The Service on the other hand did not live up to the upscale price tag or ambiance. A head server scolded a bus boy not five feet from the table. Our waiter answered questions about the menu but with a sarcastic attitude. I seriously get better service from PeiWei than from the wait staff of Cullen’s. Apart from the wait staff, the building is gorgeous. I want to take pictures of the walls and booths every inch of the building is amazing"

"We were celebrating two co-workers birthdays and made a point to let them know that we were on a tight time-frame. After ordering soups, salad and sandwiches it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The restaurant was not busy at all and no explanation for the length of time required. Needless to say we rushed through lunch and did not have the opportunity to enjoy dessert and birthday celebration. Very disappointing -- when I made the reservations I asked about our timeframe and was assured that was no problem as they routinely are not busy at lunch. I can't recommend this restaurant to working people on a schedule -- they won't make it."

"A beautiful restaurant with a Las Vegas type look and feel. A combination of traditional menu item and some with a unique twist on a normal American dish. You can not beat the staff's great attitude, service and knowledge of the menu."
