"This was our first time dining at Fogo de chao. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was warm and welcoming. We showed up a few hours early from our reservation time ( we didnt want to wait till dinner due to it being a sunday) and they very nice about it and got us in as fast as possible. The server was so professional and the pass around meats were amazing and just kept coming. My husband really enjoyed his Father's Day dinner and my little boys loved it even more."

"The wait staff made sure our table of 4 had everything we needed, from fresh plates to drink refills. I had the signature drink, which was sweet and delicious. I wouldn't recommend the lemonade cocktail because it had a lot of seeds that were caught in the straw. The salad bar was good and the sides served on the table were delicious and complimented the meat. You didn't have to worry about taking the last bite of anything on the table (bread, side dishes) because the wait staff would bring more within a few moments. It was my first time there, but I'll definitely be back."

"We recently celebrated my son's birthday at Fogo de Chao. This has always been Troy's favorite restaurant, and he looked forward to dining at Fogo for all of his special occasions. This year was extra special to Troy and our family because two years ago, Troy had a feeding tube due to a severe automobile accident and was unable to eat for months. Needless to say, we are truly blessed that he is well now and can enjoy his all of his favorites again."

"The service was impeccable from the moment we walked into the restaurant. We were celebrating my birthday with my husband and 2 boys (ages 8 and 10). The wait staff was very attentive and catered to our every need, making us feel very special. The food was outstanding. The salad bar was very tasty and everything had it's own flavor. The meats were outstanding and if we wanted to have extra of a specific type, one of the wait staff would see to it. We look forward to visiting Philadelphia in the future and will be sure to stop in for dinner!"

"My wife, parents, sister, and I came here to celebrate my graduation earlier that day. I had never been to one before - my wife had for a work function at one point. I love meats of all kinds, and so I thought it would be a good place to go for a celebration. I was definitely correct.
First of all, the service was very impressive. I've been to what I would classify as "very nice" restaurants before, but never have I had service such as that. Second, the food was incredible - the salad bar was well stocked with anything you would want, the meats were perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned, and the sides were delicious while also not attempting to outshine the main attraction: the meat. I was extremely happy with it, and will return again."

"Fogo de Chao is my husband's number one pick for his birthday dinner; we go every year. My only quibble this time around was that I think I had a newer waiter who wasn't as good as his more experienced counterparts. I had to request things several times before I got them and he was barely attentive. At one point we had a second waiter who picked up the slack a bit, but then original waiter came back when he noticed the other guy was there."

"I ordered bottled water, once I finished the bottle it was removed from the table but my glass remained. A different server from the original came pass my table and filled my empty glass with tap water! YUK!!! She didn't even ask if I was drinking tap or bottled water.....she ASSUMED!!!! UGH! Despite that, the food was good. Note to servers/waiter/waitress, never assume anything when serving a customer!! You do more harm than helping when you assume!"

"Fogo is a fun energetic memorable generous upscale place. I loved the experience, the addictive to-die-for signature Brazilian cheese puff ball bread appetizers, the salad bar big flat mushrooms, and the desserts. I was too full to eat more than a morsel of meat and a nibble of creme brulee - but my two voracious carnivorous young adult boys were in heaven and beyond. The portions are huge and literally endless, which right there tells you this may not be a true foodie's favorite. The myriad of bustling waiters were non-stop alert and attentive. I would go back . . . and take special guests . . . in a very quick heartbeat. YUM!"

"Great eats for a group of 5 hungry guys, endless meat and prompt service. Most times meat offerings came before I could finish my plate, but can't complain about a full plate of delicious cuts. Only thing I would suggest is more offerings on the small plates that are offered, or at least a more varied selection than just potatoes, potatoes and...potatoes. Salad bar was decent, biggest asparagus I've ever seen, but would like a bit more selection given it's +$50 person. Overall, good experience and would recommend."

"The meats were good. But we don't think it's good value for us - would be hard to eat $50 worth of meat, since that is pretty much the only option for dinner. If you think you can... Salad bar did seem very fresh, but the hot sides brought out with meats were meh - mashed potatoes overly salted. I would only consider again for lunch (I think $26 for same deal) and even then only if a companion really wanted to go. Pichanha in NorthEast is much more basic (go up to counter, no gauchos, but charges by the weight of meat actually taken/eaten."

"Went there for a special occasion and the we were able to get every cut just the way just the we wanted. Our severs didn't rush us and came by several instances to ask what cuts we were looking for when we could not find the ones we wanted right a way. Great place for someone to feel special and have some good food."

"This is a very expensive meal, and only just fair in terms of quality. The salad bar is excellent, and WAY beyond a salad bar. The meat is plentiful, however the marinate and seasonings on most of it is so salty we had to double up on water and drinks. The side dishes that accompany the meal were barely hot, even when they brought fresh dishes to our table. This is way too expensive a meal to be mediocre. There are other similar Brazilian stake houses in the city that are much better."

"We went to Fogo for special birthday night with a group of 12. It was a busy Saturday night but we never felt rushed or pressured and enjoyed a very hood meal, the salad bar alone is fantastic with a wide selection and the meat was as advertised, well prepared, very tasty, delicious and PLENTIFUL! The management team should be commended as well, they accommodated our every need including our ever expanding party."

"I have been to fogo de chao over and over and i never get tired of it. The food is great and the wxperience is unlike anything you will ever have. I highly reccomend it especially if you are seeking something different. My only complaint is when i go with my family there are no round tables which sometimes makes it hard to talk to everyone in a large group."

"The service is just amazing! Food is incredible. The salad bar has an excellent selection including fresh Parmesan wheel and enormous asparagus (giant doesn't come close). Love the papaya cream for dessert, topped with a generous helping if cream de cassis. And the meat- oh the meat!!! Plentiful, delicious and great cuts. Try the Parmesan crusted pork and the picanta as well as the filet mignon! Sides are great too and new hot foods on the buffet looked good but we were too full to try them."

"We visit here a few times a year, and usually bring someone new with us to introduce them to the restaurant. This time we felt as though the meat was a little tougher than usual, which was disappointing given the cost. The salad bar is the BEST around. We felt as though we were being rushed. While I was holding my daughter and helping her to eat more food, I had my meat card showing green, because I wanted more, but each time they came around they did not give me more meat. The waiters also kept clearing our plates, which ordinarily would be good service, but they took the end of my mothers scotch which really disappointed her, and it was her birthday meal. We'll go back, but if we have a second similar experience we will look elsewhere."

"Amazing experience. It was my first time going an since my brother was in town visiting, I thought it would be a fun evening. The moment I turned over my "Im ready for MEAT" dot, I was inundated with service from all the attendants. It was remarkable, delicious, fun and relaxing. No pressure about anything and the food was just impeccable. A rather expensive evening but SO WORTH IT. A wonderful indulgence."
