Fogo de Chão® (fo-go dèe shoun), is an authentic Southern Brazilian steakhouse. In 1979, Fogo® began sharing the gaucho way of preparing meat in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill each of our 16 cuts of meat and offer you continuous tableside service.

"We took my mother to Fogo De Chao for her birthday in March and she requested a repeat performance for mother's day. We had family come in from out of town and we were able to enjoy each other and get our appetites sated at this wonderful restaurant. It is a testament to the great taste of the food that no condiments are needed other than a knife and fork."

"We went for Mothers Day lunch with our 5 children. I cannot believe the wonderful attention that was paid to both my wife, but to the kids as well. The staff does an excellent job to provide a wonderful dining experience for all. We visit pretty regularly, and the food was of course excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone."

"If you like MEAT, this is the place to go. We are frequent diners at Fogo in Atlanta, and have also visited the store in Philadelphia, Miami and Las Vegas. It is consistently outstanding and the service matches the quality of the food. And, the salad bar is excellent and very fresh for those folks who are not carnivorous."

"Doesn't matter when you go..this place always has spectacular food and service. I have been coming here for year and years...and am always amazed at the quality and service. They are one of the top grossing restaurants in the southeast, so the suppliers literally beg them to use their food - hence the quality is superb. It's like having 20 waiters!! The goucho's serving the meat, other servers constantly refilling your water and bringing you additional drinks and sides...how can you possibly go wrong?"

"The meat in this place is incredible! It's a traditional Brazillian Steakhouse, the bext one I have been to... ever. The meat was great, salad bar too - and the service was incredible too. You don't need much time to eat here, once you start, the waiters swarm with food - and you are full within minutes. Overall, this is a great place - very busy - and great food."

"This is one of Atlanta's top restaurants for the quality of the food and for their service. The salad bar is just amazing. We were celebrating a special occasion and brought a rare bottle of 1967 Chateau Haut-Brion. Not only did the sommelier open the bottle and keep the cork in one piece and made sure he kept checking back with our table.
The staff even bought us a desert on the house. I love this place!!"

"Food was ok and service was adequate. From the outset this dining experience appeared to be catered more so to the generic cafeteria dining. Long lines @ salad bar and poor positioning of said equipment I might add. Any time a designer places the food trough so that the line from your diners conjests and chokes off your kitchen, I now understand how the buffuddeled mess became to be and seemed to never end. As example half of my dinner party had their meals nearly completed by the time I returned to my table. A dimension within an overall dining experience not worth repeating. This particular venue has lost much of the once sought after appeal it possessed during the original introduction of such gaucho, flair and unique cultural aspect."

"We had our Daughters 21st Birthday Dinner at Fogo's and everyone had a blast. My wife and I have been there before but our kids had not and they loved it. My youngest says she wants to have her Birthday dinner there as well, (saving up now) all she talks about is all the meat on a stick. Food was excellent! I do wish the salad bar had more side dishes on it and I wish the refills were free but oh well."

"Ahh what can I say! I barely eat steak but I definitely craved the many steaks from this place once I left. Every single piece of steak was amazing. The house sirloin was my absolute favorite! "I made reservations for a birthday dinner on a Tuesday evening. We were seated all the way in a corner near the wine racks in the back. I had specifically requested a nice area away from all the traffic but still in a nice area since it was for my BF's birthday. I didn't bother to change our tables but it was really an inconvenient. Food was good. Salad bar is always good. The staff is very attentive - our sides and my limeade were always refilled without me even noticing. I'm not a huge meat person so I'd say it's pretty pricey but you pay for the experience. My BF got a complimentary birthday dessert which was a nice touch to the end of dinner."

"While still good, the food was not as good as in the past. It seemed that no matter what temperature you asked for, you usually got medium rare. My companion had loved the lamb in the past, but could not eat it this time."

"Food was really good, but it was the service that was excellent. From explaining the restaurant concept, to describing exactly which items weren't gluten-free (we'd let them know when we made the reservation that one diner needed gluten-free options, and to my delight there were only a handful of things I couldn't have. Even the cheese-bread rolls were GF!!), our main server was very swift, genuine and knowledgeable. We took him up on his wine recommendation and it was a great choice. However, I must mention the great after-service, in particular - my husband left his phone at the table. They called me at the number on my reservation and kept it at their front desk until we came back to collect it. Thank you to those staff involved!"

"This was my first time but it will not be my last. We had a weekend Valentines Day and we had to bring the little one which I was very nervous about but, it was great. The servers were very attentive and there was no end to the meat we received!I LOVE Fogo!"

"I have been to Brazilian steakhouses before and they are pretty much always good, but my experience at Fogo de Chao was beyond perfect. Everything from the salad bar to the sides and drinks to the meats were delicious. I couldn't ask for a better waitress either. Oh and if you have room for dessert after all the different meats the turtle cheesecake was delicious as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who love steakhouses and sampling."
