Suze is a warm and cozy neighborhood bistro specializing in well prepared meals based on the freshest, locally available ingredients. The menu changes seasonally with daily specials based on recipes from around the world, so come back often! Deserts are made fresh daily by our pastry chef Teri Sugimoto. Our wine list is reasonably priced and most wines are available by the glass as well as the bottle.

"Overall our dining experience was good. I didn't realize how small the restaurant was and that when you walked in there wasn't much room to stand. We did have to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated when we had a reservation. But overall it went well. The service was a bit slow as the restaurant was packed. The food was fantastic and the dessert was amazing. I would definately recommend Suze to friends or family. You just have to be patient and enjoy the experience."

"Spectacular food. Wonderful service. Book early for weekends, this is a neighborhood hot spot! Rack of lamb was tender, with a nice peppery char on the outside and a brilliantly balanced sauce. Salmon fillet was perfectly cooked, with a crispy skin, served atop a tangy bed of rice noodles. Porcini papardelle was a mushroom dream, with a creamy veal bolonese unlike any I've ever had in Dallas. Finishing the experience was a wonderful special, a berry cobbler with a pastry that was almost reminiscent of a shortbread. All of this was served by an attentive, mellow waiter, who magically appeared only when we needed something. It's been a couple of years since we've been to Suze. What were we thinking? It's on our regular list again now."

"We had read about Suze and went for our 10 year anniversary dinner. My wife had the lamb which was excellent and I had the homemade veal past which was so plentiful I couldn't finish. They surprised us with a dessert whuich was excellent. We saw that some people had brought their own wines in which we will probably do on our next visit. It was a great experience."

"We have been travelling to Dallas for nearly 25 years now, and our dinner at Suze was the best we have ever had in Dallas: Kobe beef carpaccio, shaved brussel sprouts salad, veal bolognese pappardelle, espresso rubbed venison, sticky toffee cake, exceptional $49 bottle of Italian red; attentive, comfortable, upbeat service by Juan; beautiful dining area, especially sitting in smaller room to the left upon entering, looking into three well placed mirrors on wall in other room like looking at a painting. Nothing could have improved our dinner experience at Suze."

"Great food, great atmosphere. Dont tell many people about this place because I wont be able to get a reservation if it gets any more popular! I had the florist next door deliver fresh flowers to my table earlier in the day before the restaurant opened and the owner took them and made sure they were waiting on my wife and I at the table when we arrived new years eve. Over and above expectations!"

"The service was excellent. The food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner.This is not a restaurant for that dinner where you want to be "alone". The tables are close together and it really fills up fast with neighborhood regulars! However, the atomosphere is casual, congenial, and with the delicious food and service that is available, our evening at Suze's turned out to be wonderful."

"Excited to visit Suze's for the 1st time, but sadly regreted my choice in restaurants.

Waited 30mins between 2nd and 3rd course. My yellow tail was overcooked, and the rice was uncooked! How do you mess-up simple jasmine rice??

"Suze has been our absolute favorite restaurant for at least 5 years and counting. There are lots of great new restaurants that come and go on the Dallas dining scene, but Suze is the best and we always come to Suze when we want to have a special night out. We especially love the atmosphere b/c it is the perfect mix of elegant, yet casual and not pretentious at all. It's hard to find a great restaurant with an awesome chef that is also very warm and inviting. We love Keith too! He always makes us feel special and well taken care of."

"We love this restaurant. That is why we selected it for our special occasion dinner. We knew that it would be wonderful. The menu and the wine-list are terrific and include items you don't find just anywhere. The rack of lamb is the best in Dallas. The fried green tomatoes are to die for. Desserts are decadent. In addition to all this excellence, the restaurant exudes a warm and casual feeling. In this setting, you can relax and enjoy your meal and your companion . . . . and not worry about whether you are impressing the waiter!"

"Suze is an unpretentious yet delightful experience. Other than it's location in a strip mall, everything about the restaurant is classy. The service is warm and the food is delectable. My foie gras was fantastic. Most restaurants scrimp on this heavenly dish. Suze doesn't. I got three nice sized chunks for $16. I followed that with a seared red-fish. The fish was fresh and the accompanyments matched it perfectly. The modestly priced wine list made the whole experience specially enjoyable. Dinner for seven with three bottles of wine was $480 including the tip."
