"My wife and I went specifically for the Pad Thai, we love it! Almost as much as the Pomegranate Mojitos, delicious! The waiter seemed a bit harried even though it didn't seem that busy, but over all good service. Would definitely go back again."

"My husband and I quite enjoy Big Bowl. We usually order the same thing each time - Beef Kung Pao Bowl and Small Chicken Dumpling Soup, we share both. This time, we had a server that was just OK. We had something in our glass of water and he said he'd replace it. When he brought the glass back, it had less ice in it, more water, and still the same floaties. Oh well, wasn't going to ask again. Looking forward to going back, but maybe when the A-team is on :)"

"We love Big Bowl because I can get some Thai curry that actually tastes like Thai curry (and is appropriately hot – a rarity for Minnesota). And the kids can get something less exotic. The stir-fry is healthy and they love it. Service is variable at this location but there are some good servers there, and on this occasion we were lucky to get one. And the prices are reasonable. For what it tries to be, it's a great place."

"I had a reservation for 5 people at 6:30. About 6:35 they paged us that our table was ready. He went to seat us and then stopped us and told us to stay where we were in the middle of the restaurant. We stood their for maybe 5 minutes. He came back and said that our table was not ready and to wait in the mall until a table was ready. We waited about another 20 - 25 minutes before we were seated. People that came at the same time with no reservation were seated about the same time as us. What good was it to have the reseration?"

"Had friends and family out for dinner (totally 7 people) and were presented with a nice table, as soon as we entered as we had reserved our seats online, and we weren't made to wait (which is a good thing), we were guided to our table which was well lit and were offered kid friendly seats as we had a couple of children with us.
Menu options were explained and being vegetarians we were also recommended the best choice we could order.
Waiter was courteous, friendly and not overly pushy to take orders. We did take our time to decide on the menu and the waiter was patient. Food was tasty, prepared as we had ordered. The bill came close to $150 and the portion sizes were sufficient."

"First of all we were made to wait after we pre booked. Second we were given a table of four and made to squeeze in whereas we requested a table for 6. Third - the service was pathetic, we were made to wait, no one showed up between meals to ask how we were doing, towards the end they were in a hurry to clear our tables and actually came to our table six times to ask if they could pick up our plates. Last - the food was really not was it usually is, we eat at big bowl quite a bit and the flavors and ingredients were inconsistent. Inspite of us telling them not to put bamboo shoot in our dishes, they totally ignored my request. I am probably not going back again."

"We are fairly frequent diners. The service and food were great, with one particular confusion. My husband ordered the green curry but substituted chicken for tofu, which was perfect! I ordered the veggie pad thai with some "extra spice" but unfortunately it came out "extra spicy," which made the dish very difficult to eat, unless you like not being able to taste the true flavors of your food. Although I wasn't pleased, I understand mistakes happen, so I would highly suggest using their table chili in a dish like this to adjust your own spice level. On another note, service was great, even with the obvious lunch rush. Despite the mistake, we will still return for good service and food in the future, which is usually the experience."

"I made a reservation for 6:30 on a Friday night. We were at the Hostess table at 6:33. We had to wait 20 min before getting seated. In my mind that is completely unacceptable.
