"Went to Prasinos for dinner and our waiter, Luis was very friendly and attentive! He showed us how drinks and food choices where listed and explained portion sizes well. The sushi and mussels were delicious! The salmon was very moist! My bourbon fizz was very good too! It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to trying the outdoor seating the next time I visit!"

"The short ribs with cauliflower gratin and spinach was "melt in the mouth good." Butternut squash ravioli lived up to its rep: filling but light and attractive. Told that the "delicious" breads had been omitted from the menu we were sharply reminded of our low calorie intentions. We survived to lose another pound! And we passed on the dessert menu!"

"This visit was for a working lunch. We sat in a booth and were able to carry on our conversation without any trouble. The food was excellent. One member of our party is a vegetarian and was amazed at the number of selections that fit her needs. Everyone's food was excellent and the service perfect. I highly recommend Prasino."

"Prasino keeps impressing me every time I go. I have been there for several dinners and today was able to enjoy brunch. Sitting outside with my pomegranate iced tea (delicious) and enjoying the outdoors with my friend was perfect. The service was ideal- attentive, but not obnoxious. She ordered the fish tacos and loved them. I had the turkey club and swapped out the cheese and had it on multigrain bread instead of a croissant. The dressing and avocado on this sandwich made it awesome. Can't wait to go back!"

"I went on a sunny Saturday afternoon and had a delightful meal. I had made the reservation but my party was running very late. I called ahead and the hostess was very kind and forgiving because I gave her the heads up. When I arrived and my party still hadn't, she again as very accommodating. Finally, my party arrived and we sat outside. We each had something off the brunch menu and none of us were disappointed. The lobster-stuffed avocado was as decadent and luxurious as it sounds, but not too heavy for a Saturday afternoon. The mango salsa and verblanc sauce kept it from being stuffy and thick. My father had the smoked salmon platter and loved every morsel. Our server was attentive and friendly and we will definitely be returning."

"I always have a great meal at Prasinos, and the service is usually outstanding (on one past visit it wasn't the greatest). However, because of health concerns I recently started a gluten free diet. While there are some gluten free options on the menu, I wish there were more to keep me coming back regularly.

"Prasino is a wonderful relief from the salty, cheese topped everything that is vogue today. To be able to actually see what you ordered in its natural form is wonderful. They have great teas, non-alcoholic drinks and alcoholic drinks. All are made with fresh "green" ingredients. The food is prepared this way as well. All ingredients are fresh and unadulterated. One of my friends had never been here and was very impressed and intends to return with her husband."

"I've been going here for several years. Four times in the last four weeks. Our latest favorites are the lobster-stuffed avocado - I usually have it as my entree - and the grilled skirt steak - the orzo that accompanies it is fantastic - wish you get it as a side. Tried the ribeye a few times, but it was always pretty fatty. Always a side of grilled bread. Great Bloody Marys."

"I was very disappointed that the server/restaurant was emphatic that they would NOT substitute a banana for a fruit cup containing nothing but various chunks melons for a 2 year old boy. To substitute a banana would be an "upcharge"!!!!!"

I think the concept is great, and the space is beautiful, but the delivery was a bit uneventful. Also, I didn't understand why almost all of the lights were off as it got later, and people had the green cubes? Was that supposed to help them read the menu? "thoroughly enjoyed the experience. a member of our party did not care for her dish (not bc it wasn;t good it is just not what she expected). the waiter and owner were very solicitous - offered her another option and when she declined, the meal was comped. everything else was wonderful. I had the porkchop which is one of the best I have every had. the beet salad was wonderful and the toast appetizer was phenomenal. Would highly recommend. We were celebrating a birthday - dessert was free - the maple concotion was wonderful as was the butter cake."

"Overall, the food was excellent. The service was not good when we visited. Our waiter seemed to have difficulty with timing and he completely forgot to bring dessert for the other couple with us. It took about 15 minutes for water to come to our table which started things off on a bad note. After the waiter explained the background of the restaurant and the fact the water was triple filtered, we thought maybe that caused the delay until we saw carafes of water behind our table. Our salads were excellent, but before everyone could finish, the entrees were already at the table. Will try it again and hope it was an off night for service as we had no complaints about the food."

"The food was excellent; healthy and lite. We especially enjoyed the risotto cakes for an appetizer. The salmon was grilled perfectly, accompanied by a medley of vegetables. My daughter had the skatefish which was a special for the night...she loved it and I tried it as well...very good...would definitely recommend. We enjoyed a few beverages...did not order desert (Lent). We waited about 20 minutes for an eight o'clock reservation and got drinks at the bar which primarily services the wait staff. There really is no bar area for socializing before/after dinner...something to keep in mind. The wait staff was attentive...The only other issue is the noise level; no music, just a continuous,pulsing, bass sound."

"This a great place to dine on a variety of small portioned dishes. We loved the Duck Confit flatbread and the Lava Maki Roll. Our Main Course dish was disappointing: Miso Glazed Black Cod over Brown Rice. My dinner companion and I split it and the fish was not seasoned or glazed and the rice was undercooked. But out of the 5 courses we enjoyed, we had one bad. Not so bad. The SORBETS are a MUST HAVE!!!"

"I ordered the black bean burger. As soon as it came, there was a strong fish smell. I told the waiter and he came back to say that the cook had handled salmon and then my roll. It smelled like old fish. Not a very good experience."
