Located right across the street from the town lift at the bottom of Historic Main Street,
Prime Steak House and Piano Bar offers guests a dining venue close to
everything in Park City. After a hard day of skiing or for an elegant night out on the town, Prime Steak House and Piano Bar is in the heart of it all. Prime Steak House and Piano Bar offers outdoor patio dining with mountain side views in the summer, and free underground covered parking throughout the year.
Live music is played at our Piano Bar every night during the winter.
Reservations are highly recommended year round.

"The food was very good. However, the service was not so good. We had made dinner reservations and were promptly seated then waited close to 10 minutes before the server greeted us. My husband requested a drink which the server said they couldn't make and was rather rude about telling him. I was given the wrong salad. Then the server and bussers hovered around our table the entire night. I felt like we were being rushed out of there and they weren't even that busy."

"We were treated like family. Our table was not quite ready, but Meghan (manager) could not have been nicer. She apologized, and then sent over a delicious tuna sashimi on the house. The "Prime" fitet mignonette were cooked to perfection. We had a wonderful evening."

"This restaurant was OK - it was nothing over the top like we were hoping or expecting. The service was all over the place - not sure who our waiter was - HOWEVER - they had many backups who jumped in and didnt miss a beat. Steaks were good but not over the top as we were expecting. it felt like a chain. Hence give this 3 stars"

"Entrecote perfect, juicy, rich flavour, to the point. NY Sirloin was send back- almost well done instead of medium rare. No discussions, however a shame for a steak house in this category... Sauteed spinach very tasty. Garlic mashed potatoes nothing to rave about. Overall too expensive for what you get."

"This is our favorite restaurant in Park City, Utah. Being from Chicago, it's tough to find a steak house that beats anything there, but Prime Steak blows any Chicago restaurant out of the water including Gibson's and Smith & Wollensky. My daughter and I were celebrating our birthdays and the staff went above and beyond to make our night special. I highly recommend the petite filet, vegetable skewer and the garlic mashed potatoes. Phenomenal service and food that makes your entire body melt!"

Went there as a party of 6.
While the food is OK for the price,
Wait staff does not match.
The black T-shirt clad staff, we had several different waiters take orders,
consistently mixed up our orders.
Bus boy asked if we wanted more bread, told him we never had bread yet.
2nd round of drinks (same as the first round) were incorrect.
When appetizers came, One had to be sent back as it was not what was ordered.
Ordered a sirloin, and was brought a strip. Told waiter he brought a strip instead of a sirloin.
Waiter said we were incorrect, he knows it is a sirloin. We kept the steak, and were billed for a strip.
Forced to pay 20% gratuity.
The staff did however pick a nice bottle of wine f"

"Prime was recommended to my group from people we met while relaxing in the hot tub after a great day of skiing. And it didn't disappoint. We had some appetizers. The French onion soup was amazing. We all ordered different steaks and they were all perfectly cooked and delicious. I recommended topping any steak with the crab meat. Prime didn't skimp on the meat."
