"Very enjoyable evening... Greeted by polite staff and taken to a beautiful round table for two. Fun scene but not overly crowded. We ordered an excellent California Cabernet recommended by the manager. We took the server's recommendation on the Pumpkin ravioli and they were to die for!! Same can be said for the grass fed Steak, even better than steak houses!!"

"We had booked for four on Mother's Day when our party expanded to five, We were greeted warmly and advised the change in our party size would not be a problem, When making the reservation for 2:00 PM we had not realized that they were serving a brunch menu until 2:30PM. The host understood our concern and quickly y presented the dinner menu with a small caveat that they were still prepping the dinner menu and there might be a minor delay. However, the brunch menu was very varied and we opted to have Brunch. Everyone chose a different items for appetizer and main course with everyone being totally satisfied particularly with the salmon appetizer and the pumpkin ravioli. Mary and Mimosas drinks on the Brunch Menu."

"We had reservations Sat night. We waited 30 minutes for a table. The hostess and manager seemed apathetic. The waitress was friendly. My husband loved his risotto n mushroom app. My Caesar salad was wilted n slightly brown edges. My husband enjoyed his scallop entree. I liked my duck special however it was overcooked/dry n was only 1/2 of the breast I thought small for the price. The sauce was good but they had more sauce on the plate than duck. We waited a long time for our food. We got our entree 1 hour after sitting! It wasn't worth it. I would not go back. Also a very noisy restaurant."

"We had not been to Jonathan's in a while and we were looking forward to it. We arrived to a loud party in the front room. No one greeted us. After finding the hostess and telling her we had reservations, she disappeared. Finally seated, our service was spotty. My appetizer, tuna tartar was wonderful and so was the warm crusty bread coming from the kitchen but after only a few bites of my entree, I stopped. It wasn't fresh. The waiter never asked me why I didn't eat it. I was ready to go home."

"Gaspacho soup was too liquidy. We wanted sour cream on top, it was too common. My husband got the chicken. Bland. My friend had the chicken. Bland too and dry. I had the salomon which was moist and delicious. Liked the figs too.
Caesar Salad was delicous. Generous amount of cheese. Branzini was very good. We got seated at the corner table in the front. Fab! Quiet. Matre De(spelling) was lovely, and came over to ask how things were.

Desserts. OK Our pretty blond waitress was great!"

"Alex the host is amazing and always is a pleasure to deal with. I have been there many times and I have to say that Matt was our server and was the BEST server that i have ever had there. So all in all, our experience was amazing for our Easter celebration!

"This restaurant never fails to amaze us with delectable dishes whether it's a Saturday evening or a holdiday. On Easter they made gnocchi with a fresh sauce. The gnocchi were pillows of air that almost melted on your tongue. And the wild mushroom risotto with seared scallops is beyond description. We've been there many times and no matter what we order it is always excellent. Also,the owner and his staff always makes you feel very welcomed no matter how busy it is in the restaursnt."

"The food was very good and I love fresh pasta the prices were a bit high the portion that was served. The portion vas very very small. We ordered an appetizer and if it had not been for the bread my husband would have walked out hungry. He had the pumpkin ravioli which were delicious but usually when you order ravioli there are at least 6 but there were less in his order."

"I took my valentine to dinner at Jonathan's Ristorante, and given that it was a very busy night, nothing could have been more perfect. Great table with our very helpful server, beautiful specials, and amazing wine. Plus the bartender made us one of his specials drinks at the end to top off the night. "Valentine's Day a Jonathan's was amazing! The food was perfect, I had the Risotto Di Mare special which was perfect! The mascapone cheesecake for dessert was the best cheesecake I've had. The wine list is great and they offer many options in many price points. The service was excellent and she provided excellent care and attention.
I would definately suggest this restaurant for and special occassion!!"

"If you are not in a rush, Jonathan's may be one of the finest, if not THE finest restaurant in Huntington. Everything we were served was exceptional and worthy of any 5-star eatery. Service was a bit on the slow side, which was surprising to me since that restaurant was only about one-third full at the time we went (the night before the arrival of Nor'easter "Nemo").

All in all tho, an excellent meal."

"Every time I eat here I remember how much I like it. While the restaurant is usually too noisy (for me) for a weekend night, I was here Monday night for dinner with a friend and it was quiet. Because the restaurant allows half portions we were able to have, salad, pasta, polenta and risotto. The young lady who waited on us really knew the menu and the wines and was extremely pleasant and attentive. Just an all around great experience. We sat and talked and ate for three or so hours and it was wonderful. So much better from other area and city restaurants that have rave reviews but just don't really cut it in my book."
