"Went for our anniversary. Steaks were good, but not for the prices! Sides were terrible... Mashed potatoes were tasteless, veggies were not good either. We were rushed (main was brought before we finished our salads). We were not dawdling. Dessert was excellent best part of the meal. We don't go out too often anymore with 2 little kids, so we were really looking forward to it. Very disappointed honestly. Will go to Morton's or barbarians next time for special event. You would do better going to the keg. The service and sides are much better, and the steaks not that much worse! I should say the hostesses were very nice and welcoming, and the room is nice too. We had high hopes when we first arrived."

The only thing that wasn't top notch was being reminded that the gratuity % on the machine should be based on the pre-Costco gift card total, which is why I dread using gift cards. I didn't need to be told that, but I understand that they would mention it as it has likely been an issue."

"It was such a great dining experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House. The place is so cozy, quiet, and very welcoming. The service is excellent! The steak is just perfect to the taste! We tried the Prime Early Dining Menu and no regrets! Just the side orders are too much for us to finish, but no problem - can take it home. My husband and I really had a good first time experience in this restaurant and it really served the purpose of us celebrating our 34th anniversary! (Just forgot to mention to the maitre so we could have been on their "Wall of Fame")."

"....because the smell of sizzling butter hits you like a ton of bricks as soon as you go in. I personally like that my steak comes out on a sizzling plate of butter though. Definitely not something you can do very frequently without your cholesterol going up, but its a great treat occasionally. We got the petit filets (8 oz), some creamed spinach and the sweet potato casserole. Everything was delicious and portions were very large. Definitely eat lightly at lunch if you go for dinner as its a gut-busting meal. The only thing that was bit of a let-down was dessert - we got the key lime pie but it didn't have enough key lime flavor. Server took it off our bill though, so no complaints as the service was efficient and gracious."

"Stuffed Mushrooms excellent, Filet excellent, Crab Cakes better than excellent, French Fries excellent, Butterscotch Sundae excellent. We partially paid for our meal with gift certificates and were told although it was not written anywhere that only one gift certificate per person would be excepted. If the restaurant is going to sell gift certificates they need to except gift certificates for the payment of a meal.If they are going to discount gift certificates that is a promotional decision by the company and they have to stand behind what they sell. We left with a bad feeling about this. Will be going back once a year but no more often as a result of this error on their part.

"WE came to Ruth Chris for my birthday and we loved everything our Server Selena was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable a credit to her organization and to her self. The food, well it is Ruth Chris and it was exceptional! steaks were perfect, mushrooms perfect, salad (cesar) yes it was excellent as well. The Chesscake was outstnading and even the coffee was fresh and hot!"

"I spend about 175 days a year traveling, so that's a lot of breakfasts, lunches and dinners to compare against each other. I try many places for the fun and variety of it and as you might guess, it is hit and miss. In general, Ruth's Chris in any city is a reliable 'go to' because I just know it is going to be at least 'good' and sometimes 'great'. This particular one is among the best. The food is typically great and the waitstaff are always friendly yet efficient. I recall only one time having a problem with an order (a friend felt his steak was over-cooked) and they didn't hesitate to get a new one going and delivered within what seemed like moments. Most of the time I think my Ruth's Chris' experience is a B+ or A. This one gets an A+."

"Have tried all the major steakhouse chains and the fancier establishments like Jacobs & Co. Ruth Chris will be on my bottom of steakhouse chains, way over-priced for mediocre steak and sides. On the flip-side, the service and ambience was very nice and they gave us a free desert for my birthday."

"We had a great time! The food was amazing, and we thought our waiter was really fantastic- attentive, kind, and very funny! It added to our overall experience! "The chop salad was very delicious as an appetizer and we ordered a petit filet and a ribeye steak for ourselves. Both were cooked perfectly, and we were surprised it came on a sizzling dish. However, my filet became quite dry (I guess it's due to the continuous cooking on the hot plate -- I've had better filets), and the hollandaise sauce that came with my asparagus had a strange off-taste. Overall, it was a good date, but very pricey! Definitely for a special occasion."

"The service at Ruth's Chris Steak House was outstanding. Very friendly, very knowledgable and quite attentive. The ambiance was what you'd expect from a high end restaurant. While the food was good... it by no means was great. The steaks came cooked to perfection sizzling in butter, but the sides were quite disappointing given the price. 8 steak fries for $10 doesn't feel right. The desserts were divine with the apple cobbler being the table fave. A good place for a group of friends/family to go for an evening out on the town."

"I treated my sister and best friend to dinner as a huge 'thank you' for all the help they gave me during a recent move and condo renovation. It also happened to be my birthday, but that was a secondary reason for being there. The dinner was fabulous, we had a wonderful time and our waiters, Mike and Malcolm, couldn't have been better. I'd recommend Ruth's Chris for any special occasion."

"We were really excited to dine at Ruth-Chris as my husband loves his steaks. He found the quality of the steak wonderful - but the rest of the meal left something to be desired. It was really nothing special, and wasn't of any high quality - like we were expecting.
