"We went there for a Mother's Day brunch. The food was over priced and the portion sizes were rather small. The wait staff all seemed like high school students with no resturant experience or training, overall we were not happy campers, the food wasn't great barley ok. The service was what you would expect at Mc Donald's,"

"We love this place. It is unassuming from the outside, but beautiful and romantic on the inside. The service was fabulous and the food was delicious. I had the beer short rib and my husband had the lamb. We will definitely be back!"

"Had a reservation but waited 45 minutes for a table. We were a group of 8 and orders got a little mixed up, the waiter took no blame kept insisting he was right ok ! 7 dinners arrived together and 1 arrived about 6 minutes later. The food was good but not my favorite."

"The food here is always dependable and very well prepared. The Ahi tuna was excellent as were the lamb chops. The mussel and clam appetizer comes with a delicious sauce. Unfortunately, the bar scene is ridiculously noisy, separated only by a thin curtain from the larger dining room. Although we requested and were given what was probably the quietest spot in the restaurant, the noise from the bar was so loud that we had trouble hearing each other at a table for four, and this was a weekday night. This really detracted from our dining pleasure and is not the first time we had this experience at this restaurant."

"Food seems to be better every time we go to Caffe Azzurri. But, this time the service was not up to par. There was a rather large private party in the back room and I think they must have taken some of the staff away from the front and put them there. Therefore the front staff was overwhelmed. "A lovely spot with a great seasonal menu. Located on Central Avenue in Westchester, the decor is subdued and friendly. Four of us used a $90 Groupon that entitled us to two appetizers, four entrees and a $30 bottle of wine. This is our second time using a groupon and Cafe Azzurri has a sleazy, possibly dishonest way of calculating the MANDATORY 18% tip and taxes. Unlike every other groupon we've used they calculate tax and tip on what you would have paid rather than what you actually paid. They should be called to account for this odious practice."

"A great little spot that is, thankfully, in my neighborhood, but I would easily travel to it. Interesting dishes with an Italuan influence include grilled branzino, braised boneless short ribs, veal , pastas. Loved the yellow beet, Asparagus and honeyed goat cheese salads and the creamy polenta with the beef. Salads are also neat, normal-dized and tasty.
Desserts are pedestrian, but a nice ending to the meal. Table service is fine, but it seems that there is rarely a person to seat you, save for the manager, who is pulling triple duty. That has happened both times that I have dined here. Not awful, but causes an unnecessary logjam at the entrance, which might be a turnoff, if I didn't know of the culinary treasures that await me."

"The atmosphere was cozy & comfortable. The food was great- not a complaint had by our table. I would recommend the fried calamari as an appetizer-- one of the best, lightest batters I've had. For entrees- the veal scaloppini, shrimp & scallops or the filet mignon- all were delicious. I was not too impressed with their wine list, or the prices-- a bit pricey & the waitress never showed us the bottle we selected or let us taste it, before serving the rest of the table. Overall the staff was very polite and attentive-- always restocking bread & water, clearing plates, seeing if we needed anything additional etc. If you're looking for a nice night out with good food-I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try! (But get there early!)"

"29.95 menu completely unsatisfactory for our party of 4.Only the chicken dish was OK. Steak dish , for 3 in party , a disaster. Improperly cooked, not as ordered, returned and still not cooked as ordered, tough as leather, never asked if we wanted a replacement. An unenjoyable meal, will never try this special again. "the Restaurant Week menu was well thought out for people who want to eat very well but not leave feeling leaden. Two different salads were excellent starters. For someone who can't eat shellfish, two fish main course possibilities was a bonanza. The sea bass was perfectly prepared and the whole plate delicious. If we had not been so cold, it would have been perfect, but when we told the waiter, the heat was turned up and they allowed us to linger."

"Waitress actually told us it would be a wait for our drink order because the bartender is slow because he likes to schmooze. Really?! That's asinine and in acceptable. Appetizers came out quickly but we waited a good 45 minutes for our entrees! Waitress apologized and said they were busy. Again that's pretty absurd. Food wasn't outstanding but it wasn't awful. Environment is very chaotic."

"This was my first time at this restaurant. The atmosphere had a cozy and quaint feel, and I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes, which was excellent. The table shared some of the clams and the truffle fries, which was also a great. I definitely recommend it for small groups"

"This was not our first visit to Caffe Azzurri but, unfortunately, unless dragged there by friends, it was probably our last.
As we were enjoying drinks, and before we'd finished our two appetizers, our entrees were brought to the table. When I suggested they be returned to the kitchen until we'd finished the starters (which only had a bite or two remaining) the server remained table side with our dinners in hand. An awkward stare-down moment. He won.
Make no mistake, the food was terrific. (I'd like to have eaten all of it!) But if I'm dining out, I don't want to be rushed. With a tab pushing $200, the kitchen timing and service should be better. I'm sure we can find some other place where it is."

"Over all pretty good. Fried chicken dish was excellent. Moist, well seasoned, very tasty. My wifes Kobe burger was good , but overcooked and not the way she ordered it, so meat was a liitle dry, mushrooms were rubbery. Dessert Ok but not outstanding"

"Overbooked and short staffed. Waited 30/45min for a table past reservation time. Owner was polite however and offered drinks at the bar. Once seated service was horrendous. We had a waiter who was clearly uninterested in doing his job. Waiter came to table twice, both times we had to call him over. Disappeared at end when we sat waiting for our check.
Hanger Steak was small and over-seasoned for the price. Soup special was good however."

"Out with my aged mother for an early (5PM) Sat. dinner, we were surprised by a poorly trained waitress who seemed like she's be doing anything but taking care of diners. That said, our apps and main dishes were quite good. But then they claimed to have "run out" of 1 of the 3 desserts offered on the prix fixe menu. I pointed out it was early on a Sat. evening, and asked for a replacement choice. This was eventually done (after a begrudging consultation with "the owners"), but the waitress then become hostile, to the point of throwing the check (which we had not yet asked for) on our table while we were still eating. Sadly, even good food is hard to appreciate with a wait staffer that does not know how to treat her customers."
