"Service was top notch and very helpful navigating Sardinian focused menu and Italian wines. Food was prepared as ordered and very tasty. We had three courses and all were served "on-time" and proper temperature, etc. I would highly recommend for couples looking for a beautiful location and a quiet meal."

"The restaurant was half full but the service was terrible. Our waiter would just disappear. We ordered coffee and they brought my husband's drink and the rest of us waited while he drank his. He was finished when we got our coffee. I had to get up and track down the waiter to get our check.
I have had very good food here, but it was average this time. One meal was too salty. The sliced fish on my appetizer was stuck to the plat."

"Went for Mom's day 2013. Everything tasted fresh and pasta is house-made. Nice atmosphere and pleasantly decorated. There is also a gorgeous patio. Only complaint was seating. We had a party of 5 (with reservations) & on arrival were seated at a table by the very edge of the lobby/front door area that almost hung into the lobby foot traffic. It felt as though we were separate from the dining area and this was perhaps extra seating. I figured this meant they were expecting a full house, however, we saw at least 2 tables back in the actual dining area set up to accommodate a party our size that stayed empty our entire visit. That was disappointing... I would suggest requesting a table away from lobby if you have a party larger than 4."

"First visit but won't be our last. I was a bit surprised when we were seating in the bar after noting on our res that it was our 27th anniversary, until our waiter explained there was a 16th birthday party with 50 teenagers in the dining room! At that point we were happy to be seated in the bar. Food was amazing and the staff here could not be more attentive. Great wine list as well. We will certainly go back, but I will be sure it is not on a night they have a party reserved in the dining room."

"Had an early evening reservation. Restaurant was not ready for our arrival. Waiters unable to tell us about evening specials since kitchen had not yet decided what they would be. Immediately after placing order, plates of "specials" were put on display. We had the wild boar appetizer. It was flavorful, but there was little of the main ingredient. It was mostly fried dough. Salad course was good. I had the Arcodoro seafood pasta. Pasta was chewy and lacked any flavor; filling was was kinda fishy and runny. The side veggies on another plate at our table looked like they'd been cooked the week before. We skipped dessert.
Overall impression: A restaurant that was once good has lost it's way. Needs a new manager & cooks"

"The atmosphere and service are great, but the food was uninspiring. The risotto was nothing special, the gnocchi were just OK, and one of my friends did not eat even half of his pasta with ragu. There were only three or four tables occupied when we were there. Having been to Italy many times, I've been wanting to find a really good Italian restaurant in Dallas to prove to my friends that Olive Garden is not authentic. The search continues!"

"Two of the entrees that we ordered were not very good. On previous visits the pasta with wild boar sauce was excellent, this time the sauce had a gummy consistency like they used corn starch to thicken it. The suckling pig, one of their signature dishes, was over cooked and over salted.
It will be a long time before I return and I certainly will not be recommending them."

"We booked a reservation for Easter Brunch and were seated immediately on arrival. The menu selections were very enticing. We each chose something different and each enjoyed our selection very much. Prices were moderately expensive. The service was quite good. We'll be back.
Self parking was a little hard to figure out. The lack of a garage attendant meant we ended up with $15.00 in dollar coins in change from my $20.00 bill. We'll likely use the Valet next time."

"this is the second week we have gone on a Friday night. It was very quiet this week and a different waiter made a huge difference. The one we had last week was fabulous and this week he was a bit cold,hard to understand which made it a bit less comfortable. "We have dined at Arcodor & Pomodoro several times and generally our experience is much better than it was last week. The decline in service was dependent largely upon our server. It was clear that he was not a professional and utilizing this as an "in between" job. He was certainly not rude but lacked understanding of even how to clear the table. It was Friday night and the restaurant was very sparsely populated and it took us 2 hours for dinner - sans dessert. I am used to better service and not certain that we will be returning."

"Food was disappointing. The wild boar had more left overs than edible parts and what was edible was dry. The shrimp was over cooked. The scallops were delicious as was the appetizer and desert. At these prices you would expect better.
Stick with the pasta."
