"Originally went to this restaurant by mistake and was so glad we did. Although the large windows, don't really have a view worth looking at, the food is spectacular. The rack,of lamb and the pork were supurbly done with a very flavourful glaze. The service was prompt, friendly and discreet. Now one of our favourites and we,have been back three times."

Review 3 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"It's a great place for lunch because the menu selection, food quality and service are always great! The location is central adn parking is easy. I also appreciate that even when it rains, the restaurant is bright. I also have enjoyed dinners there, but it tends to be my 'go to' place for lunch."

Review 7 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"The service is excellent and the menu offers lots of variety for all ages. We went on a night with a set menu which is pricey for Mother's Day but my mom and gran felt it was special. Would save it for a special occasion or a night when you can splurge."

"I have been a regular at this restaurant for approximately two years. I love their gluten free menu. And the Cobb salad. I have found it the best in Vancouver"

Review 9 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"-too much noise coming from kitchen/serving area - big open space, with very ineffective buffers between tables making it noisy from big groups especially with children - blinds were only decorative did not actually close leaving half of our dinner party very uncomfortable from the heat and squinting while the sun was setting."

Review 10 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"Great to enjoy a place where we consistently enjoy amazing food and fantastic service. This is a relaxed place where you never feel rushed and the service team provide personable service. The Chef here is amazing and provide outstanding food at surprisingly affordable prices. A great variety of menu items and always some extra add-on options for those special occasions. A great place for all occasions and Alina was fantastic and paid great attention to details."

Review 11 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"Quite an elegant restaurant, bright and modern. The location is excellent but the view is non existent. The food met our expectations, well presented and prompt service. Can not comment on the beverage choises, as we are (very) light drinkers. Didn't like the steak knives as they were heavy and cumbersome. Also didn't appreciate the parking charge, which was added directly into our dinner fare (so we had to pay tax on it and pay the server a percentile tip on it!)."

Review 12 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"This was the second for brunch and the first experience was better. We made a reservation for 2. When we arrived we requested a window seat. There was one for 4 available all through our meal.We were taken to one at the banquette seating side. We found the table for two small and the seat very upright. We were also next to a family party that was not very relaxing but great for them to have a place to sit together with young children. Had crab cakes the same as before but found them to be a little too crispy this time. Service was great and I don't want to sound picky but you gave me this opportunity. I would definitely come again but be more insistent on my seating next time.Previously we sat at cirular table in the middle that was great."

"Good price for the Sunday prime rib but mine was well done even tho' I requested for medium. Their crab cakes were done really well so I did enjoy that as my appetizer."

Review 14 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"Great dinner at The Lobby. Both the food and service were great. Unfortunately the acoustics in the restaurant are such that on a busy night its very difficult to hear other people talk (it wasn't just me-the waitress kept asking us to repeat ourselves!). There is a lot of background noise and little or sound baffling in the room. Ownership should seriously consider addressing this problem."

Review 15 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"We went to The Lobby several times before. Their food is not excellent but good portion and tasty most of the time, but our dinner on Saturday night was very disappointing. We were looking forward to having black cod. Black cod was on the menu but we were told that they didn't have it anymore on the night. They shouldn't put it on the menu if they didn't have it. Since we don't eat meat, there was no other option but ordering salmon. Their salad was good but smoked salmon was rather salty and seafood chowder was not hot enough. When we had salmon as main, it was overcooked and very dry. I had to drink a lot of water to swallow the overcooked salmon. I felt they don't know how to cook salmon. I NEVER recommend to order salmon there"

Review 16 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"We tried this restaurant during 'Dine Out'. We both really enjoyed our meals. The seafood chowder was delicious with a nice variety of seafood. The serving size was large enough to be almost a meal in itself. My husband enjoyed the salmon entree while I savored a generous portion of perfectly cooked lamb chops. The creme brulee was good (although not quite the same level as the rest of the meal). Service was excellent and very accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxed but still elegant. It was moderately noisy, but only because we were seated near the lounge area which had a large, boisterous party. We would happily come here again for a date night or to entertain out of town friends. Upscale dining in Lower Lonsdale."

Review 20 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"I have enjoyed my previous brunch experiences here so I thought I would try the whole hotel experience through dine out. We booked the hotel and dinner pkg and I have to say I was disappointed with the dinner. The evening menu was not what I viewed online which was a let down. The first course was a delicious hearty soup but the salmon entree I ordered wasn't enjoyable as the prosciutto wrapped around it gave it an unappealing flavor. We only had one choice of dessert which was a creme brulee and it was quite dry for a brulee. I believe it was overwhipped and therefore I can only give the food a 3 star for the dinner.I will still be back for yummy brunch."

Review 25 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"The food was good although the salmon was over cooked and a bit dry, no need to wrap salmon with proscuitto ,and the potato side dish was not good at all. Service was very good and the atmosphere was very nice. The seafood chowder was very good, fresh and full of flavour, but for goodness sake be a bit more generous with the bread basket, three thin slices of a baguette!"

Review 28 for The Lobby - Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
"The lamb chops were perfectly cooked and delicious. The salmon was slightly over done. It would be nice to see a few specialty beers on the list (we would come frequently if there was a list of Belgian beers. The village tap house at park royal has an excellent and extensive list). The location is walking distance for us and we would like to make more frequent visits."
