Since opening in late September 2008, Posto 22 has grown to become a staple in the New Rochelle restaurant scene. The restaurant offers classic and delicious Italian cuisine, as well as, gourmet, chef-prepared, daily specials.
The food is complemented by the extensive wine collection and the signature cocktails. Posto 22 is conveniently located near the New Rochelle train station, centrally between Larchmont and Pelham. "We really enjoy this place. We go often, either on date night or with the children. They have great Gluten free pasta! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating."

"Posto 22 far exceeded our expectations. The food was very good and reasoable; the service was excellent; the ambiance was very nice. We celebrated our 3 birthdays there Saturday evening. We had a 6 pm reservation, which is an excellent time because it wasn't crowded and the noise level was good for conversation; about 7 pm it got crowded and the noise level accelerated. Through Open Table, I requested candles on whatever dessert we ordered and I didn't have to remind the staff. Obviously, they pay attention to details. All in all, we highly recommend Posto 22 to everyone who likes good food that is affordable."

"The food is great, the service very attentive all in all a great little place to enjoy a nice dinner. By the way the salmon with the mango relish was delicious. My kids loved the pizza and the calamari."

"Posto 22 was excellent....food delicious, service great. If I had to say something negative it would be that it was loud - not enough to interfere with conversation but noticable.
We also had to wait 1/2 hour with a reservation, but they were very apologetic so we didn't feel that was normal for the restaurant.
I would definitely recommend it and go back again."

"I have been here many times and the place is always hopping, especially on the weekends. Unfortunately, while the service was as impeccable as always, the calamari was a little tough and my husbands risotto was a little too aldente. I had my favorite dish which I almost always order, the Lobster Ravioli in Champagne sauce. This dish was still wonderful, but the sauce was just a bit flat. We brought a friend who was from out of town and she loved her linguine and clams in white wine sauce.
All in all we had a wonderful evening. Place is still a gem, with great bread, service, food and prices."

"I went on Valentine's day with my girlfriend and it was great, but the portions were EXTREMELY small for some dishes. The food was definitely good, but could be improved. Service was okay and we were extremely cramped to the wall. I would definitely recommend trying it out and going there, it could be one of your favorite restaurants one day."

"I've been here a bunch of times. Each time I've come I've ordered something different and been very happy. My wife always gets the veal parm. Its a huge serving and priced very well. For Valentine's day they decorated a little which was nice."

"We were 4 people. 3 dishes were very good. My husband got veal parm. He asked for a steak knife and even that knife barely cut it. Very tough. He should have sent it back but didn't want the other couple to wait."
