"I've been to this location many times but a few things were a little off. My medium well steak came out looking medium rare, the waiter was cordial, but I did not receive the intimate service I am used to receiving. An oddity is that the manager did not wven atop by our table during thia visit; i am uses to them atopping by at least once whenever i dine at a ruths chris. As a result we did not even receive the $a $25 gift certificate they were handing out to all of the mothers.... I'm not sure what was going on here since we almost always go to Ruth's Chris for Mother's Day...."

"We came to celebrate an exciting thing that happened and it wasn't quite what we would have expected. We got the lobster bisque and it tasted burnt which was a bummer because it was his favorite soup. When we were done, it took forever to get our check. The bar scene was very nice and the bartender was awesome. We have been her before and I guess I would have rated it better if not for the few things wrong."

"Ruth's Chris never disappoints! We love the staff at this location. We eat at the bar at least once a week. Dan always takes good care of us. Dave and Mark the managers always very accommodating as well. Not to mention the food is awesome!

"Everything was excellent, however two of us and I did not have anything Alcoholic. Shared a dessert. Bill with tip was $192.00.
My thought was I could have went to Outback at least twice and ordered the Victoria Filet which is as excellent as Ruth's Chris. Oh and turn up the lighting and the ambiance is not really any different. Too pricy."

"We had 7:30pm reservations, had to wait about 20 minutes before we got seated .... (Valentine's Day) Got seated about 7:50/7:55 ....Dinner was good, very good, and the waiter was also very good,,,,,,,,,the place was all hearts and my date got a rose, (yellow) when we were seated ...........the lighting was bright, they could have dimmed the lights a little , but really no big deal ....... over all very good ..."
