"The food and service was great. The only negative I can report is that a table accross from us, one of the gentleman was wearing shorts and his female friend was in a T-shirt. I thought you are supposed to dress business casual. It took away a lot from the moment. In a place as nice as yours, you should enforce your dress code."

"the only problem we had that night was my friends gumbo came to the table ice cold. we sent it back and it appeared it had been micowaved and she said it was not good at all. she could not eat it. the service was great though."

"If you love meat, then this is the place to go. I'm sure anything you order here will taste great, but when you walk into this steakhouse all that should be on your mind is the steak...

The service is very good and the bartender knows how to make a good martini!"

"Food was great, but service was lacking. Our waiter largely ignored our table to have long conversations at others. At an expensive restaurant like Ruth's Chris, that's unacceptable."

"We have dined at Ruth's in Metairie on many occasions and have never been disappointed with the food or service. Great food and consistent service have always been their hallmark. Our waiter on this visit, Nick, helped make the night most enjoyable. We will be back."
