"As always, the filet was cooked to perfection and delicious. Ruth's Chris does steak as it was meant to be done. The mushrooms stuffed with crab meat were amazing, as was the cheesecake and pressed coffee. The server and other staff performed to my expectations for a meal of this caliber. My only issue was the unusually cramped confines. My assumption was they stuffed additional tables into a space they don't ordinarily, in order to accommodate more Valentine's Day customers. This meant we were closer to fellow diners than we would've liked. Unfortunately, the young man next to us liked to pepper his conversation with profanity. Not something I was in the mood for during my romantic anniversary dinner."

"This is an above-average priced restaurant. I expected perfection, but they fell short of this. Only one of the steaks arrived cooked properly. I think the problem is that they serve their steaks sizzling on extremely hot plates. While this is impressive, I think it leads to over-cooked steaks. They were not inedible, but again we expected more from this restaurant. We have eaten at other Ruth's Chris and Mortons and they did not disappoint."

"I have dined at Ruth's Chris at least 5 times per year and have never had a bad experience. We had a party of eight and the service was good and the food was great as usual. I rate the service as good only because there were eight of us and I've had more attention when there are 2 or 4 in the dining party. Ruth's Chris is my favorite steakhouse in Louisville."

"Wow! Great filet,stuffed chicken and wonderful food all around! Loved the $40 special that is offered. Corn pudding and carrot cake were also excellent, as was the service!

"I use opentable often & was given the option for 9pm rsvp for Sun.12/6. However Ruth's Chris closes at 9pm. They were extremely accommodating and stayed open to take care of us. The manager, server & staff were polite and the food was fantastic. I had noted it was my boyfriends birthday & they even did an additional comped dessert. We were embarrassed coming in as the last table was leaving so the times available on the site need to be updated, but I cannot say enough about the great service and cuisine from Ruth's Chris here in Louisville.Thank you & I hope you will share this with the staff there."
