"We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we got there, they had set aside a table with rose petals, anniversary glitters, and a personalized Happy Anniversary card from the staff. "I hadn't been to this Ruth's in more than 5-6 years because of the absolutely horrible service the last time I dined there. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. Our waiter, Tony "The Tiger", was TERRIFIC!! One of the most lively, energetic, helpful and professional servers I've experienced in my 9 years living here - and I'm a "foodie" who's retired and go out for dinner 90+% of the time.
Food is the reason to go to Ruth's, and here the ambience was very good & when you add in the service we had, it all adds up to a wonderful dining experience. And one I'll go back for again - & soon. And you can bet I'll ask for a table with "Tony, the Tiger"!!"

"Service was good but a little intrusive (just a few too many people stopping by to check on us and chat.) Baked potato could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Too many children at an adult restaurant (actually only one was not perfectly behaved but it really only takes one.) Items suggested by waiter proved to be excellent choices -- spicy lobster appetizer and bread pudding dessert. Entrees were cooked perfectly."

"This is what one can consider the best kept secret of the neighborhood. By the time you walk in, the food smell [not overwhelming] entices you to explore what they have to offer. The fact is, you can almost try any plates as the food is very succulent, rightly spiced and just taste great. My only advice would be to warn them to be easy on the salt if you are very sensitive to it. The servers are very attentive but not overwhelming, they come and talk to you at the right time. I strongly recommend this place. I have been twice and I am very satisfied."

"We never dine out on Valentine's Day for this very reason. One of our favorite restaurants, but tonight the food was just OK and the service lacked the impeccable service we usually receive. Still a great choice and we will return, but to be fair, the tiny round tables added to the restaurant should be reconsidered as they make for an uncomfortable dining experience."

"We waited about 25 minutes for our table even with our reservation which didn't bother the staff on duty, but were visited by the manager after we were seated. The service was a little slow as the food took longer than usual and my filet was well done not medium. I would have sent it back if we hadn't been waiting. I suggest you give this location a pass until the busy winter season is over."

"I have to say the food was great always is. The kids meal was in no way shape or form for a kid the small fillet kids meal was LOADED with salt and pepper my daughter could not eat it. Since it was her birthday celebration and she requested going there I felt bad."
