"I have being many times at Ruth's ,this occasion was the worse by far.Our food was overcooked and mine was cold even when the plate was hot as usual,our waiter Maria follow her script as a robot:boring.I used to love the consistency of their food:steaks that came making a beutiful "sissss" in the boiling butter,but I guess does are things of the past.People at Ruth's could be making a fatal mistake for anybody in the industry but specially for an expensive restaurant: taking things for granted!"

"We waited an extremely long time from the time we finished our salad until the entree was served almost as though they forgot about us.Food was Not as ordered when finally served. The shrimp was small and boiled not grilled as stated on menu. I sent it back. No one offered a complimentary drink or anything therefore we were not treated well at all.Service was not as good as in past visits to Ruth's Chris and we will think many times before going back if we do at all."

"This was our second New Year's Eve experience at "Ruth's Chris Steakhouse" and the food was, once again, delicious; carefully prepared and served; plentiful. The service was excellent: efficient, but not intrusive.
We love the relaxed atmosphere and serene decor at the Coral Gables restaurant. It makes one feel welcome, whether dressed in a cocktail dress or in jeans.
We will do this again."

"Mashed potatoes were not hot but overall food was good, not great. The ambiance is terrible. Looked like it had not been updated in many years. Some of the walls looked like the inside of a trailer. It is definitely not a place for a romantic dinner. Ok for family dinner. For the price there are many restaurants that have both excellent food and ambiance. I was very disappointed."

"Good service and good food but somewhat over priced. If you order a special, especially one of the "3 course meals for a fixed price" specials make sure you are not billed for the additional items as they tried to charge us. Having to argue about your bill does NOT make for a pleasant dining experience. But overall, it was good. I would probably go again."

"I was a little disappointed in the attentiveness of our waiter considering there were only 3 tables that he was waiting on but I won't hold this against the establishment. I ordered the cowboy ribeye (medium) and when it came out it was a beautiful cut of beef, too bad it was over-cooked (med-well) . I had to send it back and wait for the kitchen to cook another. The second one was under-cooked (med-rare) but I accepted it anyway because I was hungry. Let me just say, I am not usually picky at all when it comes to steak but when you are paying $35-$40 for one, you want it cooked to perfection. I still would recommend Ruth's Chris to anyone for special ocassions, etc. The one in Myrtle Beach, SC was Excellent!"

"my wife's fish was not cooked corrctly. when they returned it it smelled so much that it was impossible to eat my own food. the waiter was very good but very busy so he was not able to take care of us in time. while the item was taken off the bill no manager came by to check. the portions seem smaller also. will likely not be back for a while."
