"Had never been & thought Mothers' Day would be good time to try. It had overdone Texas/westward expansion decor with a twist I can't put into words. Service was OK Waiter was nice, but didn't serve ladies first (on Mothers' Day!) & didn't always serve/remove from correct side. May seem picky but it's a 4 star restaurant. Food was OK/ disappointing. Tenderloin was precooked so it had the same degree of doneness regardless of what was requested & not as hot as rest of food. Fruit on desserts was canned - didn't really try on the desserts. Asparagus soup & salad were good. Was what I expected. Can say I went but wouldn't recommend it and don't care if I go back."

"I was able to make a reservation the morning of mother's day, which I was greatly surprised to get. We only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The pre selected menu for the occasion was excellent. The waiter provided excellent service and gave us the right amount of attention. III Forks is always a go-to place for fine dining."

"This was the 15th Mothers Day brunch that my Mother has attended. Every one of them has been a very memorable & enjoyable dining experience. My ONLY complaint is that this year you didn't offer the FANTASTICALLY DELICIOUS strawberry shortcake. Tell Chris to put it back on the Mothers Day brunch menu."

"I was excited to share this restaurant with my family and close friends for a special Mother's Day dinner. Although the food was very good, we were extremely let down by the service. We arrived right on time and were seated right away. We waited 15 minutes for our waiter to take our drink order, and we never saw a wine list. He returned 10 minutes later, but missed my wife's drink, and still no wine list (we gave up on wine). We ordered dinner, and when the appetizers arrived they forgot my wife's soup and her salad. Instead of making this about "Mom", she felt she wasn't there. At this point we spoke to the manager and he switched waiters. It was much better from that point, but the impression had already been made. Go to Bob's."

"I was very disappointed because we only had several options available since it was a mothers day menu. While the food was good, I went to this resturant expecting the full menu option and that was not available. I did expect a specialized menu for mother's day, I anticipated the option to select from the regular menu if we desired to do so."

"Received an email from III Forks about their Mother's Day special. I had already made reservations at a other steakhouse. When I received the email I viewed the menu, and made the decision the book with III Forks. I'm so glad that went with my "gut feeling" and went this way. The Asparagus soup was wonderful, the III Forks salad was excellent. My Beef Tenderloins were fantastic!!!!
Finally my pecan came great. Our waiter and other restaurant staff was wonderful. I will be returning.

"Waiter really wasnt paying attention to us. Ordered the Tomato and onion salad with cheese but specifically asked to NOT have onions on it. When it arrived it appeared to have EXTRA onions!! I slowly picked them all off and put them on a seperate plate since I kinda wanted him to see...he wasnt the one that delivered them, nor were we once checked on after. I finished the salad, we waited about 5-8min and someone else came and cleared the plate. We ordered off the menu, my boyfriend the tomahawk, and I had the bone-in filet myself. Waiter did take that order...but again we only saw him once more after that!
Just disappointed, considering we spent close to 150 just on our off the menu steaks. It's going to probably be awhile before we return"

"The menu was very nice without too many choices but a very good selection. The appetizer was out of this world. I don't remember what it was called, but it was slices of tender beef on a toasted bread then topped with a very flavorful sauce. The beef just melted in your mouth! We shared the Chilean Sea Bass and a Filet Mignon and we were both very pleased. We finished the meal with a piece of chocolate cake that was baked and frosted to perfection!"

3. The dollar value didn't match the experience. I understand high end pricing, but the service, decor and experience we had here did not correlate with the menu prices.
4. The menu prices online did not match pricing on the real menu. They were a bit higher. That needs to be fixed!

"My husband and I visited III Forks for our first anniversary. What a top notch experience!! The food was delectable, the service impeccable. "Once again III Forks did not fail to deliver on a great meal and even better service. Our normal waiter Moose was their to great us and had our table already set for my wife and I and our two small children. He brought some great distractions for our 2 year old daughter and never failed to smile at our 10 month old son. Perfect balance of being attentive but not hovering. Great experience and am looking forward to our next special occasion so we can go back."

"What a fantastic experience! My wife took me to III Forks for my birthday, and I was blown away by the experience. Our waiter was extremely helpful with the wine selections, the food suggestions and his overall service. He even bought me dessert for my birthday. The food was outstanding. For the price of just a steak next door, I got a full meal, at the highest quality. Of all my steak experiences, the bone-in Rib Eye was in my top 2 of all time! We will certainly be back, and will bring friends."

"The service was great and our hostess was fantastic. This was our wedding anniversary and hostess brought us our dessert with a sparkler on it which made it a most memorable one for us.

"Our waiter was great! The food took forever. Longest wait ever at three forks. When the food finally arrived, we waited for the Tomato and onion tray which never came until we requested it. We set up a 6:30 reservation because it was a school night and our 10 year old son was with us. We were celebrating our anniversary. We finally walked out of the restaurant around 9:15. We still love three forks, maybe they were short on staff that night. They did serve us a nice desert for our anniversary which was a nice touch!"

"It is a shame that III Forks has gone the way of the discount steak houses and has left teh baked potato off the menu. Two of our five steaks were severly under cooked and had to be re cooked.

"III Forks is a superb venue for a special time. From the valet parking to the attentive wait staff, service is paramount. Top that with superlative quality food and you have a memorable evening. I can hardly wait for my return visit. And, when we left the restaurant, the valets knew who we were. Impressive!"
