"It was Mothers day and it was a busy place. Two of us opted for the $20 steak special and 1 had the Rib eye with a large baked potato. We all started with salads that were well prepared and tasted great. Steaks were all cooked properly except for 1 which was undercooked and had to be sent back to get a Medium temp. Service was great as we had Frederick for our waiter and he had an attentive buser helping him. We look forward to our return."

"The food and presentation were excellent, hard to say one was better than the other. The choice the chefs made for the Mother's Day exceeded our expectations. The service was as wonderful as always, not rushed even though it was a holiday and servers were kept especially busy. We are still savoring our delicious dinner at Waverly's."

"We went to Waverley's prior to going to a Beach Boys Concert. We were treated really well, and were made comfortable by our server and his busser. The only problem we had was that the food came out a little faster than it should have, leaving us with extra plates on the table and feeling hurried.
On the other hand, the food was wonderful and reasonable and the server was very nice to us. I found a really nice bottle of wine that was underpriced, and it was delightful. We would return."

"There are so many Family Dining restaurants in town that offer good food, but you always have to deal with a high noise level, screaming and or crying babies and young children. Waverly's offers a warm, peaceful and inviting atmosphere with high quality food and service. The prices are the same as an Outback type restaurant with much more ambiance. No conga lines or sing-a-longs for birthdays. Just the offer of an amazing piece of cake.
The Sirloin dinner special came with Salad, Main course with Steak, potatoes and vegetables and a great chocolate cake as dessert. All for $20.00! Best deal in town. And did I mention that it was peaceful and quiet?"

"Extremely busy on a Saturday evening--took forever for a waiter to take a drink order, then we waited too long for drinks to come. Our dinner order was taken when the drinks arrived, and then we waited, waited,waited-- and finally got it. We sat down at 6:30PM, and finally were done with the meal close to 9PM-- way too long!!! Our waiter never really checked with us the whole time as to our happiness or displeasure, and we had to call over another wait-person to check on our meal!!! It was not a good experience, for sure."

"The food and typical service at Waverly's is very good, but that is on weeknights. Unfortunately, we went on a Saturday when they were having a concert. The service was not as fast or as personable as we were used to receiving at the restaurant. Also, the noise level was pretty high due to the fact that it was extremely busy, but this won't deter us from going again."

"We used to frequent Waverly's quite often, but our last experience was not good, so we have not been there in over 6 months. After being seated, we sat nearly 10 minutes before our waiter, Frederick even came to the table. We had to ask for Tea and bread refils and the food was not up to the quality as in the past. We noticed Frederick was having problems with several of his tables. A couple received their entree's before receiving the salads they ordered, another table returned 2 steaks because they were not cooked properly. One of our steaks was over cooked. This is not the Waverly's it used to be. Service was very poor and after just reading several other reviews were not the only ones who feel this way. We won't be returning!"

"Another great meal at Waverly's. We always ask for Frederick as our server, he is by fay the best we have found in Vegas. The new menu offered lots of new things to try and the meal was delicious as always. The entire staff works together even the manager was involved serving drinks because the place was busy. Excellent place for anyone to try."
