PRINT is one of New York City’s premiere farm-to-table dining experiences. Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Executive Pastry Chef Geoff Koo create dishes that are inspired from products grown in the region. PRINT’s full-time forager carefully procures ingredients that are brought in daily so guests can enjoy the best flavors that the season has to offer.
Don’t miss the intimate setting of The Dens adjacent to the restaurant where specialty cocktails are handcrafted and complemented by our light fare menu. Another option, before or after dinner, is to relax at our year-round rooftop lounge, the Press Lounge, for cocktails and unobstructed views of Manhattan and the Hudson.

"Love this place! Everything was top notch. The food was delicious, servicee excellent. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food. The waiter told us to go to the roof and we loved it (we have a roof top deck on the UWS but this knocked us out) We will be back!"

"My family and I celebrated my masters graduation at Print. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. They were very attentive and made the experience very relaxing. I tried the kale salad, braised beef, and then the cookie plate. The whole meal was really good...everything seemed very fresh and we all agreed that our dishes had a lot of flavor. Our server saw me opening graduation cards and she asked if we were celebrating. I told her it was my graduation. When she brought out the other desserts, she also brought the chocolate cake with congratulations written on the plate. It was an extra special touch that really made our meal great. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant for special occasions!"

"This restaurant exactly suited our purposes which was an upscale (but not exorbitant) lunch on the far West Side in midtown - we were taking some out-of-town older relatives to a Circle Line Cruise after. Weekend lunchtime the place was fairly deserted and very quiet. Service was friendly though a bit slow. The food was excellent, particularly the seasonal vegetable plate. I found it annoying that the prices aren't listed on their website, but fyi, lunchtime entrees are in the $17-$30 range."

"The food was ok. I had made reservations for 8:45 and gotten there a few minutes earlier. My group of 3 still had to wait for another 15-20 minutes before we were seated. We waited in the bar area and ordered drinks, which took a while, considering there were no other customers at the bar. When our drinks finally came, we had to carry our own drinks into the restaurant. There seemed to be plenty or workers around, not sure why didn't offer to carry them for us. Overall, I would not come back. The food was average, the service was bad, and this is a hike from the subway. Another note, this place is located in Ink48 Hotel. The service was also very bad at the Press Lounge upstairs. My impression is that this hotel has bad service all around."

"i loved the interior design of the restaurant and its beautiful colorful flower arrangements. The menu items were so intriguing and varied that it was very hard to choose! I settled for the octopus appetizer and the crispy duck as a main dish. Both were delicious, but the chorizo in the first dish was a little dry for my taste. Overall it was a delightfully refreshing dining experience, in a pleasant atmosphere and with great service. I will go again!"

"If you're desperate in this neighborhood for a good meal, or you're entertaining clients, it's totally fine. The lights were far too bright for any reasonable New Yorker to feel like they were in a restaurant (instead of a hotel lobby--which is where you are). The service was just fine, if a little slow. And the food was adequate. There are far better farm-to-table spots in NYC, and far more reasonably priced ones--or at least spots where you feel like you've had a real experience for the expense. We probably won't be back unless we're stuck in that neighborhood."

"Print is the ground floor restaurant of the Ink48 Hotel. The decor is stylish and the food is across the board excellent. It's also across the board expensive (well, this is Manhattan) and the menu and wine list are limited (I am guessing about 10 entrees and 30 wine choices). They are very good choices, just not a lot of them. Short ribs were excellent.
When, in a nearly empty restaurant, the next arriving couple is seated about 24 inches from us, I did wonder about staff training. The restaurant got busier and eventually we could have a conversation without thinking the other couple was hearing it, but not before then."

"Three of us went to the Intrepid Museum and needed a close restaurant for lunch. In my search , this came up on Open Table. The food was delicious . We shared an asparagus appetizer , the entrees of fettuccine , scallops and a Parmesan flan were wonderful . We shared so we could all taste. The portions were ample. We then shared a lemon tart , also tasty. The server was very knowledgable about the ingredients and where they came from. We had a very enjoyable lunch."

"The steak two of us ordered was extremely fatty. When the hostess asked us how our food was we told her the truth. She graciously replaced our dish with another of our choice. That dish was much better."

"Out of the place in the Ink hotel on 11th ave. nice suprise when you walk into the lobby. They also have a great (but VERY expensive bar on the 16th floor which looks out onto 11Ave and lots of rooftops! We had steak which was perfectly grilled. Interesting and tasty vegatable sides. Unless you are in the neighborhood, I'm not sure if its worth the trip from the theater district. The area has light industry and car dealerships. However there are many budget friendly hotels so I am sure this is an oasis for those out of towners who want really good food near their hotels."

"Beautifully appointed restaurant in the Ink 48 Hotel. Our appetizers were outstanding (Tuna Tatare and the Goat Cheese Gnocchi but the mains were just good. The temperature on rib eye was not as ordered and my son is not one to return things to the kitchen. My pork chop was tasty but a little on the tough side and I'm not sure that the hazel nut garnish worked in combo with everything else on the plate. I would go there again definitely. Just wanted to explain why I downgraded to good when the appetizers were so perfect."

"The roof top bar was closed because our reservations were at 5:30, we had a great time at the restaurant bar, the drinks and pre dinner appetizers were great and we enjoyed the downstairs bar ambiance. Our waitress was delightful as was the food and helped my hard to please in laws navigate the menu. We all loved our entrees will return when back in town. I am not vegetarian but really enjoyed my vegtable plate. It was a great location for pre-theater meal."

"We went to Print Restaurant for Easter brunch. We arrived a few minutes late for our reservation but the hostess was happy to seat us at a table in the main dining room.
The food was delicious. We shared a pot of coffee, the bacon sticky bun, and french toast. For entrees, we had the lamb chops and the steak and eggs. It was all fit for foodies."
