"We had a wonderful experience here on a Saturday night eating outside and watching the sun set over the Boston skyline on the patio for almost four hours with no rushing by the staff. As a matter of fact, our server, Elizabeth, could not have been nicer. The food was fine, but the over all experience was enhanced by the beautiful evening and lovely night."

"My husband ordered chowder and a main dish. We waited forever and then they brought his main dish and mine. The slip which the waiter had with him had "Don't Make" written beside the chowder. Who knows how that got there? Ultimately they brought the chowder, but it wasn't at the right time. That spoiled the experience. I had the New England Chop Salad which was supposed to have garbanzo beans in it. It didn't. It did have bits of some kind of cheese (cream, goat, ??) which I didn't remember from the menu description."

"We went for Easter Brunch. The Breakfast side was very very good, the seafood and omelets, pastry and poached eggs on corned beef hash were all delicious! The lunch side was just OK as were the desserts. But breakfast was phenomenal! The personnel were very friendly and helpful and welcoming."

"The waitstaff were extremely accommodating. They reserved a table for us that was waitin and ready when we arrived after picking up relatives at the airport. Our server was very accommodating, recommending a good wine, giving our daughter off-menu ice cream, and so on. We have tried other airport restaurants for convenience and have not been impressed, but we would return to this one -- even if we weren't making an airport run!"

"A nice location with a great view, but the food was disappointing. Two of the items the server recommended were no longer available when we ordered. Ended up getting the short ribs, which were flavorful, but dry, fatty, and needed a sauce. Definitely not entrees worth the over $30 price!"

"Yes there is a wonderful view of the city of Boston, but this restaurant is still a perfect example of a hotel restaurant, meaning that the menu is a standard assortment of what you will find at any hotel in a city. The servers were at your beckon call wich can be smothering sometimes even though they think they are being helpfull. It is obvious that the Hyatt knows it has a captive audiance being the only place to eat in and around the hotel and expensive too.

We will certainly take a taxi to the city next time."
