"My husband and I took my mom and dad here for Mother's Day on Sunday. We made reservations over a week in advance and were seated on time despite the fact that the were packed. My mother was greeted with a free gift of a scented spa candle in a little gift bag and treated to a free mimosa with her meal. The wait staff were all efficient and extremely friendly. Our food was top notch and served hot. The prices are also very reasonable for brunch/lunch. From start to finish this was an exceptional experience......my father has even requested a return appearance for Father's Day!!!!"

"Atlantic Grille was a very pleasant surprise. There is a variety of vibes all within a 3,000 sq ft restaurant. One can either dine on the veranda, which has the feel of outdoor dining but is covered in case the SoFla showers hit, eat in a relatively quiet back room, or sit by a beautiful, relaxing aquarium in the more energetic front area. Whichever you choose, you will be treated to delicious and creative dishes (the roasted snapper was exquisitely prepared and wonderfully presented). It was a wonderful evening all the way around."

"The inside dining room was very loud. Ther was an amplified singer that made it too noisey for a nice brunch. We decided to eat outside. Fortunately the weather was perfect. It was quiet and relaxing. We had bloody marys and three of us had the eggs benedict trio. the fourth had an cheese burger. it was all good."

"Great food, outstanding service, good ambiance. The covered terrace is my favorite place to dine because you feel the vibe from the main dining room but have the quieter ambiance along with the fresh breeze and street scene. Stopping at the lounge area after dinner is a really great, fun way to end the evening. The entertainer is talented and knows how to reach out to all ages - getting everyone up and dancing. Fantastic overall experience!"

"Terrific restaurant. Best red snapper I have ever had. We had our 2 year old grandson (it was Easter) and they even have a kids menu and a wonderful man playing the saxophone which we all enjoyed and our grandson was dancing. We will return. Very pretty restaurant too and the fish and shark tanks are fun to look at."

"I ate at the Seagate recently and had a wonderful time. We sat outside and had excellent service. If you can tolerate the heat, request a seat outside; it's great for people watching. My only complaint is that all three diners had very salty meals; both the sauces and the protein. The portions were large and I didn't leave hungry, but I did not enjoy the extra salt. The wine menu was nice, but seemed to be California heavy. Would have loved to seen more diversity (personally, more French and by the glass). Eat there on a Friday and enjoy the live music. It's VERY entertaining!!"

"The Atlantic Grill is good but not amazing. It was a Friday night but it was still way too loud for me. Initially, my sister and I were seated right next to the bar where a foursome had arranged their bar stools to form a circle thus overlooking our table and leaving us little or no breathing room so we asked to be moved.
Our waiter admitted to not really knowing much about the drink menu but claimed to know about the wine list except he didn't.
The service here should be better considering how many people appeared to be working there. I got the filet mignon and it was underdone but it would've been too hard to have it recooked given the scant attention we were shown.
I'm surprised this is the #2 restaurant in DelRay beach."

"Arrived at 9 am (opening) for Sunday brunch. Was surprised to see that the entrance was covered with cigarette butts from the night before. We decided to sit outside since it was a nice morning. The hostess was overwhelmed because everyone seemed to arrive at one time and she was hustling to get everyone seated. I then noticed that the seating around the firepits was not cleaned from the night before either (shoes were left behind, and the wine cooler that is placed tableside with an empty wine bottle). Appeared to be only the servers and hostess present--no management. The biggest surprise was when our waiter came racing to the table and his apron looked like he had just cleaned the floor in the kitchen with it!"

"We made a reservation in advance and were shown to a terrible table, very small in a busy walkway. We asked for another table and were accommodated. The service was poor which is very unusual for this restaurant. My chicken was dry. It was supposed to be served with couscous and it was served over pasta. It will be awhile before we try this restaurant again."

"We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and, although the restaurant could not accomodate our request for a second bottle of wine(out of stock), we did order another more expensive bottle which was fine. Perhaps an accomodation should have been made for that!
Our party of four had a wonderful evening nonetheless. Will we return? Of course--for the food, service and beautiful aquariums."

"Took my mother-in-law there for brunch last Saturday for her birthday. It is her favorite place. In fact, I think her letter was posted from last May, when we took her there for Mother's Day. I had just lost my mom days earlier and she came to visit us and we took her to Seagate for a brunch. We had a wonderful time and she was so happy that we found a nice, elegant place to eat and to make me feel better. It was a very sad day for me. Her name is Jeanne Miller. Do you still have her letter. Anyway, bottom line is that we love the Seagate. The food and service is absolutely amazing. We loved our waiter on our last visit. He was very attentive and pleasant. We are totally impressed and plan on visiting time and time again"

"We thought most everything about this dining experience was fair at best. We had a table outside so air conditioning wouldn't freeze us,there was some sort of weird wet spray under the table. Food was mediocre. Shrimp cocktail was barely edible. No good salads available. Service wasn't attentive. Busboy not trained. Our guest said her salmon was tough. We wouldn't go back without some kind of incentive. We have friends who stayed at Seagate last year who'd praised the food so we thought we'd give it a try."

"Our first visit to The Atlantic Grille was an entirely pleasurable experience. The staff is professional, pleasant and helpful...from the Valet staff, to the entire dining staff...especially Michelle, our server...worked together to make a lasting and positive memory of our evening. "This trip we brought our 5 year old grandson, and he LOVED THE FISH TANKS. They are beautiful, and certainly a treat for anyone, especially a youngster. Our server, Michelle is a trained Marine Biologist, and was very informative to our grandson, She spent a few minutes explaining the habits of the sharks, and the fish in the tank. It was a very enjoyable experience for all. Our thanks to Michelle, who, once again, provided service above and beyond. PS the food was excellent as usual."

"A very nice and relaxing lunch. Had to sit inside because it was colder outside and their patio area is all shaded which is frankly perfect for most days of the year. Service was attentive. Food was good, but I would not say that it was great. It was Sunday Brunch so two had egg dishes and each liked it. One had a salad which was good. I had a chicken breast sandwich with sweet potatoe fries. Fries were excellent. Chichen breast sandwich was good. Tea presentation was nice and the hot cocoa (cold Florida day) was very good."

"I rated this according to what we enjoy. We do not drink wine so we can't comment on that. It really was nice. I don't feel it was romantic. We went for our 28th wedding annIverary and the ambience did not lend itself to anything but eating. The service was AMAZING. We were seated immediately, we did have reservations. We feel like we blinked and our appetizers were there. The entrees came out quickly as well but there was no feeling of being rushed. Dessert was great as well. We really liked the decor including the fish tanks and the walls of wine bottles. Overall it was excellent just disappointing in the special occasion romance part. One more thing there was no valet parking."

and could accommodate your dining needs. The aquariums are beautiful and not to be missed.

"Lovely experience. Updated, eclectic atmosphere, very lively in the bar area and we felt too noisy for our group to converse. We sat outside and really enjoyed a relaxed but intimate time. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful, the wether was delightful. There is an overhang for inclement weather, and even fire pits for warmth if needed. We had a drink there after dinner. Wonderful night."

"We always enjoy our dinners there and often out-of-town guests there. Sitting outside on the covered patio is lovely. Not noisy at all, considering you are right on Atlantic. Food is always excellent as is the service."

"We had an excellent overall experience at the Atlantic Grille. However, I was very disappointed in their reservation system. When we contacted The Atlantic Grille, thru Open Table, only very early and late dining was available. So we proceeded with a 6:15 reservation and was seated, albeit most tables were reserved, promptly. However, many of the preferred tables around us, partiularly the booths, were empty for well over an hour before people began to occupy them. We were told that these preferred booths and tables were specifically requested by customers. Not only is this unfair, but the policy is not known to the casual diner at the Atlantic Grille. I checked with friends and neighbors to find nobody was aware of this policy."
