"Upon arrival, our table was ready! We had been concerned that we might have to wait since this was such a busy restaurant day, but no need to worry. Our server was very busy, but took the time to chat with us. She was pleasant and very accomodating. She checked in with us regularly, but was not overbearing. Food and wine were excellent (as it always is at Wheatfields). Dessert was delicious. Overall, one of the most enjoyable Mom's Day I have celebrated."

"I've been going to Wheatfields ever since it opened but can't say that the food is as good as it once was. Although the prices are reasonable, the portions are small. They didn't have the bottle of wine that we ordered so we had to substitue and we we didn't find out about the 1/2 price bottles of wine until after our dinner. The pasta was undercooked as was the eggplant in the Eggplant Rolatini.
With so many good restaurant choice in Saratoga, I'm sorry to say, I won't be going back to Wheatfields anytime soon."

"Wheatfields has long been one of my favorite places to go. Back when it was the original owners they'd make the pasta in the window street-side. It has since changed hands, the remodel is nice, and I love the exposed brick in the bar area. I prefer to sit there over the dining room. The waitress was lovely, but not too personal, there were at least four different staff waiting our table? Salad was fine. The main course, chicken broccoli alfredo, was very flavorful, but there wasn't enough Alfredo sauce to adequately cover my noodles (gluten free rice), and there was barely any broccoli. The white chocolate mousse wasn't good at all. The coffee, on the other hand, was outstanding. Clifton Park rates better overall."

"We were at Wheatfields on a Tuesday night, and what a nice surprise to find that all bottles of wine were 1/2 price with purchase of 2 entrees. Our server Daniel was professional and knowledgeable. We had a great dinner and a great time!! The gorgonzola topped NY strip was my favorite."

"I had a great experience going here for Valentine's Day. The server was friendly and attentive, the seating was comfortable, and we loved the Chicken Marsala and Filet Mignon we ordered (not to mention the chocolate lava cake for dessert!) "This used to be my favorite restaurant in Saratoga. I had many great meals here. But the last time before this when I went I had a very bad experience. I didn't go back for over a year, then decided to give them a second chance. That was a mistake. They brought my entree out 1 minute after bringing my appetizer out. I told he person who brought the food (who was not the waitress) that that was not acceptable, and to take it back. He said they would remake it. I told the waitress what happened and she got snippy and said that was impossible as she didn't put the order in until my appetizer was served. When they did bring my entree out it was clearly not remade as the chicken was dried out and the pasta was mealy. I will never go back there."

"I love the location and the ambiance- modern and comfortable. There is nothing on the menu that doesn't sound wonderful. I got the pumpkin ravioli special and my husband got the scallops. We both really really enjoyed the meal. I definitely would return to try all the dishes. The home made pasta is delicious.

BUT the real win for the night was the family meal deal we did as takeout for the next night's dinner! Said to feed 6 but it easily feeds my family of 4 for multipe days and food is amazing!!!"
