"If you can, when the weather is nice... Get a table in the private outdoor back courtyard. It's beautiful and quiet compared to the rest of the place. Service was erradic and then when the food came, 6 tapas courses were all served on the table at one time which was very odd. Overall, everything we ate was good. Dinner for two with tip and wine will set you back $140-150. The pork belly was exquisite. Enjoy."

"This restaurant is a great place to get together for a romantic evening. We requested an outside table and the table was reserved for us when we arrived. From start to finish, the wine, food, and service were excellent. Even for a busy Friday night, the staff were friendly and attentive to everything we requested. The food alone is worth the price, everything else was a sweet addition to the night."

"I was pleasantly surprised! I had never tried a Tapas restaurant before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I thought it was very reasonably priced! I decided to be adventurous and try some new things, and I loved all of it! The food was delicious and came out quickly. The staff was very friendly, and the décor and atmosphere were just beautiful. I would definitely recommend Adela to anyone looking for a unique and entirely enjoyable dining experience!"

"We had a great experience at Adela. Although we had to wait for our table (we had a 7:30 res and weren't seated until 8pm) it didn't bother us to wait at the bar and enjoy some delicious sangria. It is a very vibrant atmosphere and everything on the menu was delicious. We were a party of 6 and sharing the tapas was a lot of fun. I would not recommend this type of restaurant for those who do not like to share :) Overall, it was fabulous and will definitely be back. It does get crowded, so be patient and enjoy the scene."

"My friends and I went there to celebrate 2 birthdays. The food was great. Tapas are great especially with bread. There were 5 in our party. "As always, the food was great- i highly recommend the crispy artichokes. Ambiance was ehhh; we had a party of five & they shoved two tables together that didn't fit and it distanced one of the guests from the conversation & food sharing. They were out of multiple types of beer which annoyed the men in our group. The person calling the food & directing staff was REALLY loud and it was incredibly distracting.
I love Adela & will go back again, but I do not recommend sitting in the back room, as it doesn't reflect the chill ambiance & sophistication that we go there for."

"I love this place. I ordered the serrano ham flatbread, the spicy potatos, the braised lamb, and the shrimp and scallop gespacho. It was crazy good. My favs were the gespacho and the flatbread. "Adela's food was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. The problem is the noise. My partner and I made reservations for Sat at 7 and were seated at a small table by the bar. It was so loud we had to yell to carry on a conversation. I asked if we could be moved to a different table away from the bar and in another room. I saw there were tables in the dining room. The hostess said no. I then asked my waiter and he was able to move us to the front part of the dining room. The noise was still loud but bearable. The service was good and the food was great but the noise was so loud I left with a headache. Offer quieter dining experience. We won't be back."

"On a day with friends who are world travelers, in truly awful weather, I was gratified to find lunch at Adela the equal of tapas anywhere. "The flatbread was delcious, but quickly got soggy. The steak should have been marinated first as it was flavorless except for the char. the garlic shrimp was good but too large a portion for tapas. Everything was brought to the table at the same time. When I complained, the waiter replied:" That's how we do it." A meal needs to be spaced so the customer doesn't feel rushed. We are in our 60's and were seated in the back where there was a loud party happening. Upon our request, we were reseated, but at a very high table(which came to my nose) near the kitchen. This is no way to treat diners."

"Overall a hit or miss experience that could've been better had more care been taken with the timing of the dishes. The 'bulleit proof' cocktail was great but the lackluster sparkling sangria wasn't close to what they serve in Spain. The grilled pork belly and beet salad were a great start to the meal and ended up being our two favorites but it was noticeably downhill from there. The salmon and shrimp skewers had good flavor but the serrano ham flatbread and pork tacos were mediocre. The restaurant wasn't busy so after the first two dishes came out our table was flooded with the remainder of what we ordered which meant most of the meal was cold by the time we got to it. Next time I am in the mood for tapas, I will be heading elsewhere"

"Was very excited to try this place. My fiancé and I were out for Valentines day dinner. We arrived early for our reservation and had a glass each of sangria which was very good. We got to the table and the server was very attentive and friendly. We ordered quite a few dishes and found the food very bland and quite simple. For the money we spent we would have liked to see a better varity and more flare to the dishes. Oh and what was with every dish having a full serving of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)?"

"My wife and I decided to find a great Tapas place in Baltimore and found Adela's rated pretty well on Open Table. The service all together was not bad at all but the food was so underwhelming and over priced. Mussels were seasoned alright but shells were broken and floating in sauce, scallops were almost cooked right and wife thought they were 'not bad'. My pork taco on the other hand was incredibly bland and the tortilla was clearly store bought.
One major tip if you plan on going to the restaurant and found a menu online. That menu is old and a majority of the 'tastier' items, in my opinion, are no longer being serve"

"We made reservations for two with a high chair for our 18-month old son two weeks before Valentine's Day on OpenTable. The day of the reservation I called to confirm the reservation and asked about the high chair. They said they did not get the note on Open Table but would provide one for our reservation. When we arrived they did not have a high chair ready. The restaurant spent about 45 minutes "looking" for a high chair, then told us they didn't have one. They had to go to a neighboring restaurant and borrow one. We didn't get the chair until we were half-way through our second course of tapas. The waitress was also not very friendly. The food, however, was very good. It also seemed like a nice bar/group food environment."
