"There were 5 of us friends that came to visit. The food was wonderful although in my opinion, somewhat pricey. The service was top notch. Mich is an excellent waiter that is attentive and he took very great care of us. Thank you"

"We arrived at shift change time I guess, as we had two servers. First was Michael, soon replaced by Justin. They were both excellent. When I ordered a manhattan cocktail, Michael immediately suggested Makers Mark which made the drink outstanding. He then suggested the ceasar's salad mixed at the table which was performed by Justin. It was great. Our steaks melted on our collective palates. Our table overlooked the river. Everything was very memorable. Justin took our picture with my cell phone which, also, like everything else, turned out great. We had dinned here before with always a fine feeling. It's a bit of a drive for us but as long as the State keeps renewing our driver's licenses, we'll keep going there."

"We had a wonderful evening! Nick, our server was outstanding! The steaks were fabulous even the S.A. was very good--3rd day on the job. My husband and I met 30 years ago waiting tables at a fine dining steakhouse, therefore we tend to be somewhat critical-- not even the smallest complaint!"

"Prices were outrageous. $4.00 each for a little 6 oz bottle of Diet Coke. $42 for a steak served with nothing but a very small plate of pasta. I had the NY Strip which had good flavor but was full of fat and gristle and bone which made it difficult to eat and definitely not worth the price. My friend had the filet which was much better. Luckily I had a $50 off coupon. Would not even consider going back without another coupon. Waitress was very nice, and service was good."

"We went out to dinner with my brother and sister-n-law. We had four in our party. The steaks on menu are a bit pricey, but they are delicious! The food was outstanding! We each ordered a Caesar salad before dinner, and it was very good! The portions are large, and I didn't finish my steak, but my husband and brother finished theirs. My sister-n-law ordered the seafood pasta dish and she enjoyed it very much. Our server, Michael, was very attentive and did a nice job. We will return soon!"

"There were 5 of us celebrating my step-daughter's birthday. We have been to this restaurant many times and really enjoy the food. But we did notice some changes in the menu. We have a favorite appetizer (Suppli Alla Romano) that is no longer available, so that was a bummer. But we did see it on the other Andiamo locations menus online, which we thought was sort of strange. But other than that, everyone was satisfied with their meal and the wait staff was very friendly and efficient. I'm sure we'll be back."

"I was dissapointed in the food prepartion for me and one other member of my group. Both our steaks were over cooked he ate his but i sent mine back to be replaced and when it did not come back before my guest were done eating I had to cancell my entre. This was very embarressing to me and my guest. The waiter and manager tried to give me something else to eat but that was not what i wanted to do as my guest were already finished with their meal. So the dining experience for me and my guest was not the greatest."

"After dining at the Andiamo's Sterling Hts location a week before, I expected to have the same excellent dining experience at the Dearborn location. This was definitely not the case. The service was extremely bad and the food was good but not great. We waited for almost 10 minutes at our table before even getting water (I was just getting up to go back to the hostess stand to inquire if we were going to have service). The table-side prepared caesar salad was poorly prepared and the lettuce was drowning in dressing. We were never asked f we wanted coffee (although we ordered dessert) and the waitress tried to remove my bread plate from which I was still eating. I would not recommend this location to friends or business associates."

"We were taking someone to lunch to show appreciation to them and chose Andiamo's. The Wednesday's wine day, where all bottles under $100 are 1/2 off was a very pleasant surprise and prompted us to actually get a bottle of wine for lunch - a rare treat. All of our food was wonderful: the scallops were amazing and beautifully presented, the romaine with salmon tasted phenomenal, and our guest fully enjoyed their bone-in steak.
We'll be back with other friends for lunch, and definitely come on a Wednesday!"

"I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I feel a little compelled to leave one.First off, the place is TOP NOTCH. I only gave it 4 stars for one simple fact.The price of drinks is outrageous..The meals were excellent, the service from oour wait staff was excellent. The ambience is excellent.. but 60 dollars for 4 shots of jack Daniels And 2 crown and cokes is a bit much don't you think? Do yourself a favor, get a get meal at a great place but go elsewhere for drinks afterwards.. I know this IS A high end establishment, but shelf alcohol is shelf alcohol no matter where you go and I feel the drink prices were exploitive."

"food was excellent, but prices had gone up a good 30% since last we were there...that's bumped it from our "3-4 times a year" list to "once a year". the ribeye, however, was the best i've ever had. the glaze on the asparagus was too sweet, whipped potatoes were very good."

"Where do I start? From the moment we entered to the time we left we were pleased. The atmosphere was relaxing and the noise level was just right.
I cannot say enough about our server Emily. She was very knowledgable of not on the wines and the regions but was spot on with the meal suggestions.
We will definitely be going back and only requesting to be seated in her section."

"This was the second time I'd been to this Andiamo restaurant. While it was good, I'm probably not going to go back. The food is good, but its just way, way overpriced. Let me state that I have no problem with high restaurant tabs. The entre prices are higher, but the bill gets really elevated because, due to the Steakhouse menu style, everything is extra. Salad $8, side dish of asparagus, $9 etc. I don't like that.
Nice, but this place isn't for me."

"We have been to Andiamo's many times & was quite disappointed :( We had made our reservation way in advance knowing they would be very busy since it was VALENTINES DAY. We showed up early on purpose to have a drink & appetizer, while we spent $50 by waiting we seen many others walk in & be seated ahead of us, therefore my husband asked why since it was already 20 min passed our actual reservation time..the girls proceeded to get all flustered & acted very unprofessional. After a very long wait on our food my filet was very well done, not med like I had ordered:( Not so sure we would go back...spending a total of $250 & aggravated was not the kind of evening we had planned on having :( :( :("

"Overall - it was a nice, expensive evening. The food is always very good. The atmosphere on this particular Friday night wasn't much in the dining area. It was VERY dark - most of us at the table were using our cell phones to read menu (all in our 30s/40s). Service was slow. He didn't seem very attentive - and for being empty - you'd have thought he would've been. Had to ask about just about everything (specials, drink menus, recommends, bill, extra drinks). The guy filling the water from table to table was more attentive. Will probably go back - but not for a while... need to save $$"
