"I feel the food is overpriced. I feel like I paid $35 for a steak just b/c it was in the area and had "Wild Horse" in the name. The food was good, but not $200 bill for 4 people good.... I will not be returning."

Our server, Kyle, was excellent in his recommendations, friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our favorite dish...the delicious crab cakes served on a bed of chopped bacon and asparagus."

"We loved their in-house smoked trout and their fresh spinach salad, which was lightly dressed. The outdoor patio proved to be perfect for this time of year and the courtyard fountain provided a nice source of white noise to mask the road noise. While the mushrooms on my wife were a bit over-salted, my salmon was tender and delicious. The flourless chocolate cake topped a great evening."

"I love the great ambience of the restaurant and beautiful dinning area and furniture. The food was the best and the prices were as well. The entire party group was totally happy with the food and the dessert. The spinach salad is SUPERB and the sauce on the tierred crabcakes were also a mentioned hit. I am glad I chose this place and not the other Wild place in Chesterfield. Our server had a great personality which was a plus because my uncle loves to harass the people when working. thats his enjoyment. Yeah Emily!"

"This was the third time I've been to this restaraunt, and the food is good, but I don't think it's worth the price. I won't go back. The service was iffy. We arrived early for our reservation for Mother's Day, and they seated us late. Despite telling them numerous times that we had seven people, we were given a table for nine. I specifically reserved a private room because we had two small children and did not want to be a bother; however, we were seated in the main dinining area. The hostess rolled her eyes at my nephew because he was walking around while we waited to be seated. The restaraunt wasn't busy, but our waitress was so overloaded that she was barely able to handle our table. Not a terrible experience but not worth the price."

"My husband & I enjoyed a very nice birthday dinner at Wild Horse Grill. I had a nice glass of red wine and the 6 oz. Filet Mignon. My husband had the Chilean Seabass which was delicious! While my steak was good yet $$$, his Seabass was amazing. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Overall Great experience."

"We had a wonderful meal at 6:00 Easter evening. Each part of everyone's meal was especially delicious. Excellent ingredients, seasoning and preparation. "Even though we had reservations, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated because the table for 7 they had reserved for us was still occupied. We asked about being seated in a small private room but the hostess said she had to check with the manager. She came back and said the round table in that room comfortably seated 6. She said if our table wasn't ready in 5 minutes she would seat us in the private room. The hostess was very apologetic; it would have been nice if the manager had personally expressed his apologies. We had been to the restaurant many years ago and hadn't been back mainly because there are so many good restaurants in STL. While the food was excellent and service good, I will not likely go back"

The price for the average meal is about the same as one would pay for chain restaurants such as Outback or Red Lobster but the ambience is so, so much better! "Everything was fantastic. The server was great and the manager came to our table afterwards and made sure everything was up to our liking.
Food was terrific. Corn crowder was really creamy and had a lot of depth. The duck Wellington for a starter was perfect as well.
Entrees - mushroom ravioli and tenderloin lasagna. Both were amazing and had a lot of depth of flavors. Really really good. The lasagna was not traditional in any sense but I wasn't expecting that and was very satisfied.
Dessert- we couldn't decide so we ordered the sampler, everything was delicious.
Overall one of our better experiences in awhile at a restaurant in St. Louis."
