"We were staying down the road at La Playa and thought this would be a good excuse to check out the Ritz Carlton. Food, service and ambience were wonderful, and we appreciated the live music. My husband thought it was the best meal we had during our four day stay, and we ate at some highly regarded restaurants in Naples. Would definitely go back."

"Great tapas with over the top service. Only warning is that is is located in the hotel lobby, so it has more of the feel of a lobby bar than a restaurant."

"Something special. A wonderful selection of small plates (tapas) . The smoked salmon truffle spread, short rib sliders and mini lobster rolls are a few of the must haves. Add in a fine cocktail , wine list, impeccable service and great jazz trio and you'll a have a special evening in a relaxed unrushed setting."

"Took my dad, who had never had tapas. He absolutely loved it because he could have all his very favorite foods (steak tartar, mussels, artichokes, lobster) in small enough portions to enjoy all of them in the same meal. The pomegranate martini was excellent, as was an unusual rose cava that went very well with many of the small plates. It's a little bit pricy.....$150 for two, including tax and grat. But that included 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine and 7 small plates. Very enjoyable evening!!"

"A wonderful concept executed perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Bites and would recommend it highly to anyone.
The ambiance is quite lovely with a combination of tables and settees arranged in a slightly raised area just off the lobby itself. We were serenaded by an excellent Brazilian guitar and vocal duo that complimented the atmosphere very nicely.
Our waitress was excellent, friendly but very classy. She explained the Tapas concept and we each ordered two of the small plates to share,which with a lovely piece of carrot cake turned out to be just the right amount.Everything we ordered was very tasty, we especially enjoyed the short rib sliders and the steak bernaise. We can't wait to go back and try some other things."

"This place has interesting food but the bright lights, constant influx of people wandering through and the loud music distract from the dining experience. The wine list is very over-priced and the option of paying corkage is not available. Thus, it is an expensive "bite" without the ambiance you would expect in a quality restaurant. The night we dined there, four 10 year olds invaded the space and insisted on dancing by the piano bar. They crowded out all the adults who were trying to use the space to dance, were very disruptive and no one from the restaurant staff asked them to leave.

"We didn't want a big meal so we tried Bites, advertised a tapas style food. Each of us ordered two plates and we shared amongst the three of us. There was plenty to go around. The food was excellent! Service was really good. The small potions were the perfect size for sharing. We're looking forward to a return visit."

"Go and watch the sunset and then eat afterwards at Bites. It is a good people watch place and you can order a little at a time until you are full. Don't accept a settee and coffee table to eat at though, insist on a table, we didn't and we were not comfortable at all. Great place though."

"We winter in Pelican Bay, and our friends came down from New York. I thought they would like Bites. We ALL loved it! It was a very special night. We all loved the food, the ambiance, the wonderful, efficient service, etc. I have no complaints to share, just accolades.
We are leaving for the season next week, but we hope to see you next season. It is just wonderful!!!

"We were pretty disappointed with almost every aspect of the evening. The menu has changed for the worse - smaller portions, less choice, almost as if it had just been thrown together with little or no thought. Realizing that it was a holiday evening in the fullest part of "season", we were prepared for a less relaxed experience. What we found was a harried, loud, almost uncaring presentation. If this is what the Ritz has come to, we'll find it hard to return. As long-time, year-round Naples residents, we have been coming to the Ritz since its opening - many special events, great meals, wonderful service and amenities. This was not what we have come to expect."
