"We have been to Twenty6 a handful of times while vacationing in the area and are never disappointed. The outdoor dining is lovely with a beautiful patio area which is perfect for enjoying the wonderful La Quinta weather. Our server on our last visit was outstanding. I wish I could remember his name! He was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food is always good. A great restaurant at a beautiful resort. We will definitely be back on our next visit!"

"We normally just have breakfast in La Quinta Resorts' Twenty 6 restaurant but decided to have dinner there this week after a late finish of golf. This being Easter week the hotel was buzzing with families. We had to wait several minutes to be seated even though there were tables open in the bar area where we requested- thinking they wouldn't seat families there. Once we were seated the service was good and the food was very good. The noise level was off the charts due to the families with young children who actually were seated in the bar."

"I feel the food at Twenty6 could be much better. After all, it is part of the La Quinta Resort which caters to a sophisticated group. Wait-staff provided very good service. The dinner - pasta with shrimp and pasta bolognese - had no flavor.

"The good news: the outdoor patio is a beautiful setting and the music makes for a great atmosphere. The wait staff was pleasant and eager.
The bad news: absolutely the worst food I have ever had in a restaurant in this price range. Salad was bland and dressing was skimpy and watery. French onion soup- awful. Everything semed to have had a bucket of salt dumped in it. The prime rib special was stunningly bad. After a 50 minute wait, a fatty, dried out slap of meat that looked like it had been sitting under a heating lamp was put in front of me. How a chef at a high end resort could let something like that be served to a guest is beyond me.
The manager was extremely apologetic, which I appreciated. Nevertheless, a disappointing evening"

"This restaurant is situation in the heart of the beautiful LaQuinta resort. The patio setting of Twenty6 is quite nice. We have been there for lunch in past years, and decided to try it again despite poor service. This trip was no different. Slow to greet us and take our drink order, food slow to arrive, no checking to see how the meal is, no refills on iced tea. Also, the servers themselves were very warm - a little sweaty, poor things. What a bizarre idea to dress your services in black shirts and black pants when it's 95 degrees outside!"

"We eaten here 3-4 times in the past month. The patio is lovely for lunch. While the sandwiches are outstanding, the salads are just OK. Service is usually spot-on, but this time we never had refills on our drinks, and the check was slow in coming. We recommend the ahi tuna sandwich, the chicken sandwich (huge), and the yummy garlic tater tots!"

"We had a mix of brunch/lunch/buffet ordered and everyone was very happy with their meal. My traditional eggs bene was great, the boys who ordered burgers were really delighted and the one buffet taker ate enough to last the whole day! "The host and wait staff at this restaurant with the la Quita Spa & Resort clearly bend over backwards to be attentive and responsive to their guests. The menu was diverse and the specials reasonably priced. We were attended to vigilantly, but not rushed. Our water glasses barely were allowed to be half empty before any one of several wait staff came by to refill. The orange-cashew salad was quite large and the Caprese flatbread, big enough to share as an appetizer or small meal. They gave us each a small complementary dessert."

"This was our first visit and will not be our last! Everything about Twenty6 was fantastic. The service was impeccable, with the manager on duty greeting us by name at the table & bringing us a special "treat," to our waitress, the bus staff, valet attendant...every person we encountered was friendly, efficient & helpful. We were hoping for breakfast but got there just as it ended so we had lunch instead. My Cobb salad was delicious, with the greens remarkably fresh, the husbands Caesar was flavorful & the mother in laws patty melt looked & smelled amazing! The husband also ordered the garlic tots, which were so yummy! On top of all else, the location is breathtakingly beautiful with gorgeous flowers everywhere & happy guests at every turn."
