A warm welcome awaits you at The Penny Farthing Olde English Pub in the heart of Victoria's Oak Bay Village.
Here you'll discover fires crackling in three fireplaces...dark, rich wood... Victorian etched glass doors and windows... a fascinating collection of memorabilia... and a fabulous bar.
"We went to the Pennyfarthing for a casual dinner before heaing to the local theatre. We gave ourselves plenty of time because we had to drive to the theatre afterwards. I have been to the pub several times before, but this was the quietest it had been. Our experience there was pleasant. The food came in a reasonable amount of time, which left us plenty of time to enjoy it before we had to head out. My dinner companions tried the deep fried pickles (which sound horrible to me) and they loved them. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and said that they would have it again. Our dinner at the Pennyfarthing started our evening off in good style. That and a good play made for a wonderful evening."

"We always enjoy eating at the PF Pub but we don't go if we want a more notable food experience. It's close to home and reliable. Their Sunday roast is always great, although the price has recently gone up a lot and a course was taken away! Two of us had the shepherd pie which was delicious but a little on the dry side. Great pub atmosphere."

"Abysmal service. Really, really abysmal service. I would never give this company my business ever again. Lesson learned. And that $6.95 Race Rocks is only $4.50 at my local pub."
