"My friend's steak and my porterhouse pork chop were both prepared as requested and good. Both large portions of meat; you will not go away hungry. Both were excellent for the price. Rolls and house salad were very good as was dessert. The room is nicely decorated and quiet. Tables and booths are well spaced. Service was attentive but not overbearing and our waiter was helpful in guiding us to the right selections.
All in all I would definitely recommend and repeat."

"Best steak in a long time. Price is a little high but worth every penny. Service was awesome and never had to ask for refills on wine, soda, water, or bread. Salad was mixed in front of table and was incredible, the dressing were perfect and all kinds of great things added to the salad. Me and my wife shared the 12 oz Filet( oh my god it was the best) and crab legs( huge per cut crab legs). You will be very happy you went."

"Have never been disappointed by this restaurant. Their side dishes are all great. With Las Vegas dinner prices going up and up, this restaurant is a bargain, because the salad comes with an entree. Starting entree prices were $25 for prime rib to $43 for New York steak. There is a good seafood selection as well."

The service was inattentive. Difficult to place the order, difficult to track down the bill, went long periods without seeing anyone. They did not bring me water until requested three times.
There was no concern for time and we thought that 2 hours should have been enough to get through a nice dinner, no of us ever eat dessert.
There are certainly nicer places in Las Vegas to eat. There may be little like it in that area of the city.
I would prefer not to return."

"My wife and I had 7:00 reservations for Valentine's Day. We arrived early, yet were still seated promptly.
Our waiter, Michael, appeared to be training another staff member. Both were very attentive. The salad, tossed and dressed tableside was terrific. My wife had the ribeye, her favorite cut, and it was cooked perfectly. I had the Filet Trio - absolutely awesome.

"Silverado Steakhouse used to be my favorite restaurant. Their lobster bisque quality has gone down substantially while the price has gone up. They changed the menu and removed my favorite item and increased the prices. The filet trio was also a favorite but the price went up, the cut went down and the sauces were extremely heavy - as if to make up for the smaller pieces of filet. The salads are also smaller. This Valentine's Day trip has really cancelled the cravings I used to get for the lobster bisque!"

"We celebrated our anniversary here for the second year in a row...because the food was so good.
The lobster bisque is the best that we have ever had any where!!
We had the "special" of the night that was Orange Roughy with the most delicious sauce on top that had shrimp, scallops, and lobster....OH MY GOODNESS...the best meal ever!! Our waiter was very attentive and right on time for everything. He even surprised us with a delicious creme brule for dessert."

"This was our second dining experience at the Silverado Steak House. We were celebrating the birthdays of my 2 grown children. The food was wonderful, Prime Rib for the six of us, we were not dissappointed, cooked to perfection, tender, large and purely enjoyable. This kind of service I have not experienced in many a year in Las Vegas, it is the way Las Vegas used to be all the time. I have lived here since 1966 so I know. I would and have recommended this dining experience to everyone. My 2 teenage grandsons were very impressed."

"Not our first visit and despite menu changes, the establishment did not disappoint. On our last visit we heard someone tell two chefs: "we expect great things from you." One of the chefs replied that he hears the same thing from his wife. :) The appetizer selection is rather narrow for guests that don't eat shellfish and pork. That is typical but worth mentioning.
Seated immediately and promptly acknowledged. Bus help Matthew took excellent care of us on previous visit as well as this visit. Informed management that Matthew is an outstanding employee and if he isn't promoted, someone will likely poach him. I have more than 35 yrs. in Food & Beverage so I am not easily impressed."

"We can not say that the service was dreadful - because we did not receive any service. No waiter ever came to our table, although we sat there for a considerable period of time. Our evening was ruined, and we eventually walked out."
