"Jade was the perfect place for Father's Day dinner. We were a multigenerational group of 13, including several children. We were seated Immediately. Service was courteous and attentive. The food was enjoyed by all. Levels of spiciness were adjusted to individual taste by the kitchen. We were not rushed even though the restaurant filled up quickly. The setting is lovely and we would all go back to Jade again.k"

"Went for Mother's Day dinner and we were so glad it was not a special menu. The food was all delicious and everyone was attentive and nice. Since it's Asian Fusion, there so many varied choices. My only issue is that the salmon with vegetables entree was rather small. We would certainly go back."

"Made reservations that weren't needed since we were sold on the bar area and when we walked in, lounge area with full service and a hookah. The interactive games on the touch screen pad on our table was a blast as well. We only shared tapas but it was plenty. Celebrated my husbands birthday with some friends and spent 5 hours in this place... will be back!"

"This is my second time in this restaurant, and I've received better service than the first. My first-time experience with this restaurant wasn't so great, but the food was absolutely great. However, service was very slow as we waited 45 to 48 minutes, but it could be the fact that the restaurant was loaded with people.
My second-time experience was fantastic. Food was delivered quickly, the drinks delivered as soon as we ordered them. The waiter was very helpful in our decision of what food and drinks we wanted to eat. The music was great, and it wasn't too noisy at all.
The best was the touchscreen menu, which a lot of restaurants don't have. You can order food and drinks, and pay right off the touchscreen menu! How cool is that?!"

"My wife and I have been here several times and the overall experience of those visits is a mixed bag. Some of their appetizers are wonderful (particularly the tikka flounder skewers which are great but TINY). Others like the rock shrimp really miss the mark. At first glance the menu looks affordable but the small plates are very very small. It seems that the prices have gone up and the portions have gone down progessively each visit. Last time we visited, they did not have the wine we ordered and we were stuck ordering a more expensive bottle and they would not honor the price of our original suggestion or give us a discount on it. That turns me off. Good for last minute as they always have a table bc it is huge. Expensive, but fun bar area"

"We went on Valentine's Day so of course the restaurant was very crowded. We had a reservation but still had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. They have these really cool screens on each table with pictures of each item + it allows you to order your food/drinks. The kitchen was so backed up, we literally waited 40 minutes to get our appetizers! Unfortunately our waitress was not attentive, she may have been new. She didn't come by our table that much during the course of the meal, nor did she inform us (or apologize for) the extreme wait for food. The food was good once it arrived, and there are alot of sharing options for people who want to sample a little of everything. I would give Jade one more chance but be careful of the wait."

"I grew up,live &hung out in Queens on Austin Street for years but I was very disappointed with my Valentines dinner at Jade.First of all I came 15mins earlier prior to my 9pm reservation for Valentines dinner as per opentables intructions&still had to wait 15mins while I saw others coming in & getting a table immediately.Secondly the wait time for the dinner we ordered was almost an hour!Appetizers came promptly & hot but no plates,like I said almost an hour wait for our main course then it was only brought out when I asked & was warm.The Chicken tasted bland & the waitress kept giving the wrong tables their orders and doggie bags.Did not want dessert at all.Then it took another 15mins for someone to pick up the check from the table!"
