A dizzying array of sizzling, fire-roasted meats, ranging from Picanha (Brazilian beef sirloin) and tender pork loin, to savory sausages, chicken and lamb, are skewered, slowly roasted over an open flame and then expertly carved right at your table. And as if that wasn’t enough, the mouthwatering churrascaria feast won’t stop until you say so! We pair our succulent meats with an extensive buffet featuring salads, and freshly prepared hot and cold side dishes. Churrascaria roughly translates from the Portuguese word for barbecue, and is a centuries old culinary tradition. At Samba, we honor the traditional rodi ⁄zio feast, while infusing it with new and unexpected tastes inspired by the pulse and energy of Brazilian culture. From the moment you walk into Samba, you know for sure this isn't your average Brazilian steakhouse!
"I've been to 5 different Brazillian Steakouses/BBQ resturants in CA andone in Utah, this was by far the best of the best. The only thing the others had was a stage for their dancers to dance before grabbing the patrons to join them. Its just funny watching these beautiful girls give us a taste of Carnival in front of the salad bar. But they were talented and beautiful so if you can ignore the backdrop you will stop laughing and just have fun."

"I went to Samba for my bday dinner and most guests had never been before and they loved it! The atmosphere is upscale laid back and quiet (unless of course the girls are dancing then the drums take over). You get your money's worth. Shy people beware the dancers do pull diners up to dance. I really enjoyed my bday dinner and the cheesecake was yummy (I normally don't like cheesecake)."

"Having never had Brazilian BBQ before, a friend and I were anxious to try out Samba. Upon walking into the restaurant and taking a glance into the main room, it looked like a happening place. Good ambiance and energy, with fair amount of activity (not hectic however) with waiters walking around with their "portable carving stations." My friend and I, however, were seated on the second floor, which had a completely different feel. It seemed like we were being seated in "the back room." The food was just OK. A majority of the meat selections were very tasty, however the buffet dishes were all cold and tasteless, as well as unlabeled (unlike at the downstairs buffet). I will say that the service was probably the best part."

"Definitely expected more out of this place as we went for my moms bday. We had reservations set already for 6 people at 8:30pm. Long story short we ended up waiting about 20 minutes to be seated, throughout that time no apology for the delay or anything from the 2 hostesses. Now for the food, all but one of us ordered the all you can eat, the majority of the meats were rare, my mother ordered a fish dinner (took about 15 minutes, no problem) and was brought the wrong thing and had to wait another 15 minutes for her correct order. Nothing special about this place maybe besides the 2 dancers that my son loved. The waiter we had was the only friendly person that made it somewhat enjoyable. Oh they did bring my mom a cheesecake for her bday."

"We went on a Groupon and with all of the reviews I had read, it left me with mixed feelings. We arrived around 6:45 on a Monday night. The hostess was friendly and the restaurant wasn't very busy, yet! (About 50 people arrived as we were leaving) Our server Kelly was very energetic and friendly. She told us to help ourselves to the salad bar and then she explained the process of the gauchos coming by with the skewers of meat. The gauchos came by quite often and the meat was very good. The two Samba girls came out and they were very enthusiastic. Overall we had a very enjoyable dining experience and I would recommend this restaurant to family & friends."

"I heard so many good things about this place and it didnt disappoint!! Right as we walked in the Samba dancers were dancing with kids and everything was good. Very energetic for such a small place and service was good. One note that one of the meat servers did have an attitude and wasn't really polite. When the others have smiles and he has no facial expression and I asked one of them what kind of meat was the one he presented, he didnt know much about it. It would be important to know the meats if you're working in a place like this but that's is my opinion. Other than that drink were good meat was very delightful and the evniornment was energetic. I hope to come back soon with more friends and family!!"

"A churrascaria is all about the meat, and lots of it. This was an unusually good experience at one of these houses of gluttony. No one in my family had a single piece of overcooked or tough meat, I believe a first in one of these places; not even the chicken. It was relatively early and busy, so it looked like all the skewers going out were being fully served, so nothing was going back to sit and overcook on the grill. Lots of pink. I was surprised to see prime rib, lamb, and fish in addition to the expected steaks and sausages. A common complaint at churrascarias is that you don't see the premium cuts more than once; we saw the trademark picanha 3 times. Mostly friendly and talkative servers, and a fun location in CityWalk."

"I enjoyed my night out. I would prefer to go during the week. It took longer for the servers to come around and it seems as though most of the meat was medium rare. I didn't really get to enjoy it because my inner werewolf was not awake. But as usual, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would still go back just during a less busy time."

"The side dishes and the meats where absolutely incredibly delicious. I bought a GROUPON and if it wasn't for the GROUPON I probably would only have gone to Samba on a special occasion because it is a pricey. However, I will not take away that the food was DELICIOUS and the servers coming around the table to bring the different meats were very friendly and willing to give us as much or as little as we wanted!!! It truly was a good dining experience for my family and I."

"The tables were too close. It was difficult to pass from buffet to table. It felt as if I were going to hit someone as I passed by or I was going to get hit when someone passed by. Samba in Redondo is more comfortable ,has a better selection of food, and great view"

"It is a big fest and was tasty but not great. The service was good both from waiter and men serving. The place is noisy and cramped. The salad bar is pretty weak but their cheesy rolls were amazing! The dancers put a lot into their show but they need an ending. They just sort of walked off--it was so strange. Glad we went on a coupon"
