"The server came by to get our drink order. It took a while for her to get them to us, especially since she had to come back to tell us they were out of Campari.
When it came time to order wine, they were out of several selections on the wine list. We were told this was because they were re-doing it. Too bad the server had to make excuses for something beyond her control.
The food was great. Our experience would have been outstanding but for the time it took to get our drinks and having to choose several wines before we found one they had on hand."

"Due to a busy weekend with CSU graduation happening, we booked a reservation for a celebratory birthday dinner for two. The restaurant had a very nice ambience, great server (Katie), excellent soups and main course (seafood dish for two, with spicy sauce) and Lemon Ricotta cheesecake for desert. We also enjoyed two excellent wines that were recommended by Katie and complemented our meal perfectly."

"I have dined here several years in a row when running the CO marathon, and come back time and time again. The food is excellent. We have always had large groups and the service has been great. The service was great this time again with the exception of $10 missing from the money that we gave to the waiter. We had two people count the money, and the second person recount three times. The waiter told us that we were $10 short. We didn't question him since we were all a bit caught off guard. After, we realized that the money had been counted several times, and we were not short. This is very disappointing from a restaurant with an amazing reputation, and one I have always loved and recommended to others."

"Bisetti's is ALWAYS my first choice to celebrate a birthday or an anniversary. I brought friends this time whom have never been to Bisetti's and they loved it! Dinner at Bisetti's was my birthday present to one of them. We were there for over 2 hours and never felt like we were being rushed to leave. GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE!!!"

"Bisetti's is an oldie but a goodie...It can always be counted on for reliably good food, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and great service. I'm still sad that one of my favorite dishes (a pasta and shrimp/scallop dish in pink sauce) is no longer offered but there are so many other excellent selections they offer that one can't go wrong. Go and enjoy!"

"Bisetti's Ristorante is always a safe bet for excellent food and atmosphere. Our service was great, each of the 4 of us ordered a different dish and all enjoyed them. The scallops from the appetizer area were amazing. A bit on the expensive side when I added a 4th scallop since it was to be my meal but DELICIOUS and worth it."

"We celebrated my wife's birthday here recently and had a wonderful time. We had not been here in years and were happy that it is just as good as we remebered. The food was excellent and well priced. The server was attentive, engaging and not pushy. We all tried something different and everyone liked their food. We even had dessert even though we were pretty full after the good-sized entree portions. The cheesecake was quite good. My only complaint is that the wine list, while offering several affordable wines by the bottle, was not as extensive as I would have liked given we wanted to celebrate with a nicer bottle of wine. That said, we will be back for more."

"Bisetti's needs some imagination when it comes to good Italian food. Fort Collins has plenty of average, lower cost Italian options. It's time for Bisetti's to step it up and offer fresh, good, unique Italian food. For example, I've learned that if I want my pasta cooked properly, I need to ask that it be al dente. I would expect that at a garden-variety low cost chain - but not here. Come on, Bisetti's - give a little more effort.
I've been going to Bisetti's on and off since it opened in the 70's. I've changed a lot, but Bisetti's hasn't. If another high quality Italian restaurant were to locate in downtown Fort Collins, Bisetti's wouldn't be able to compete."

"Bissettis is a local staple in the heart of old town Fort Collins. It is top of my list for Italian. A notable moment for this visit: the entire Restaraunt silenced when birthday wishes were crooned opera style by the wait staff. It was amazing. The homemade gnocchi should not be missed. Don't miss out on some of the desert creations behind the bar. After several visits to Bissettis I recommend them with confidence."
