"My husband and I visited 347 in Lake Mary for my birthday. We have been to other Shula Steakhouses with great results. Unfortunately this was not the case on Saturday. My steak was overcooked and my husbands was undercooked. We both ordered medium rare. The service was excellent, too bad the dinner was disappointing .."

"Second visit since Christmas when I had the best steak ever (Cowboy cut). That time the steak was so good there was not a scrap left on my plate and I was tempted to chew on the bone if the restaurant hadn't been so full. This time the same cut was tougher, less flavorfull, and several pieces were left on my plate. I assume it was a different chef and perhaps a different meat supplier. My guess is it was a different chef who cooked the same cut in a different way. In any case it was a big disapointment after I bragged my first experience had provided me with the best steak I ever ate. Better even then Del Friscos and Ruth's Chris Steak House."

"The service was great and attentive, the seating very comfortable. The crab cakes were 97 percent crab. The steak was perfect, my wife's jumbo scallops with wild mushroom risotto was sublime. The desserts were also perfect. It really was a great experience and will come back."

"We made reservations for dinner on my wife's birthday. Our server, Robert, was always accommodating ... courteous, professional and offered a happy smile and great conversation. Food is always good here. The only downside is the corkage fee is $25 to open our own bottle of wine. Robert negotiated that down to $10 for us and we were happy to stay and have dinner."

"We have been familiar with Shula's in other locations; but not this type of Shula's.
It was Mother's day, so the menu was different; but quite complete and lots of food for the price.
Champagne bar had an assortment of juices - the pomegranate was my choice and was very good.
The salad bar was about average for a cold salad bar; but the dessert bar had lots of small sized goodies, mini creme brûlée and a chocolate cake were my choices. The cake was light and not heavy/dense.
The appetizer was unique. we had the french toast and chicken waffle - the chicken was 2 drumsticks.
Our main selection was the two different Filet choices and the meat was prepared as we liked and was very tender and not overly seasoned."

"Food was very good, although they only had three options for steak. I had a NY strip, grilled asparagus and sauteed mushrooms, all were cooked very nicely. Had a crab cake appetizer which was also very good. Beer selection was ok, nothing great. Their wine list looked pretty good.
Our waitress was excellent, very fun, easy going personality but it seemed she was spread too thin so she was literally running all over the place. In spite of that she kept a great attitude and did a very nice job.
There was some type of conference going on so the patio was full, lots of energy and talk but nothing obnoxious."

"My husband, my mother in law and I went here for hubby's 40th birthday. We had a few drinks at the bar and a few of the happy hour appetizers. The steak bites, calamari, and the tempura jalapenos were excellent. Then we decided to have some dinner. The mother in law and I decided to split the shrimp and hubby had the tuna.
The shrimp came out on one plate, and the server handed us two more plates like we were supposed to split the meal ourselves. Um... even at Chilis they split the plate for you. Hubby's tuna was a great cut, however, there was almost no seasoning on the fish, and the accompanying veggies were cold.
For a $100 tab (with a free birthday entree) I expected A LOT more from Shula's."

"Experience was underwhelming and will keep us from coming back. It was a 'hotel restaurant', despite being part of the 'Shula' line.
They put us right next to the door that goes outside to outdoor tables. I immediately told the greeter that we didn't want to sit there as we both can't stand the smoke from outdoor smokers coming in everytime the door opens and we both had short sleeves (our fault). There were many open tables already and they said we assign each table. I was like, 'really?, you can't move us to another open table?' That was not a good start. Then the waitress took at least 5 min to get to our table for the first visit. Service was very bad all night and drinks were poor. Food, so-so."

"I expected more of a fine dining restaurant ambiance, but got Sports Bar instead. We went on Valentine's Day and had reservations for 8 PM and it was only half-full. With that said, service was poor. We waited for 20 minutes before someone took our order! However, the food was tasty.
We brought the service issue to the manager's attention. He never checked back with us to see how the evening was going."

"My wife and I are local to Lake Mary and we often join Shula's 347 for breakfast and lunch. We made reservations for Valentine's Day dinner and were not disappointed. Jackie, whom we really like, ws niot working that night. Although Brittney was not familiar to us, she was very professional, positive and kept us informed of our food status and was a great attendant. Compliments to the chef who always puts together some of the healthiest, tastiest and most delicious meals available anywhere. Fresh seafood daily, freindly service and organic foods are the reason we eat here so often."

"Our food was prepared to our request and it was delicious. Our server provided just the perfect attention. We plan to come back again to Sula's 347 Grill in the near future. My wife and I would recommend Sula's 347 Grill to any of our family and friends.
